Directly across from Eagle Beach! Oceania is the only oceanfront condo complex in Aruba situated directly on legendary Eagle Beach. This lovely designer unit boasts all the comforts of home and enjoys the luxurious amenities of 4 freeform pools, racquet ball and tennis courts, and a fitness center onsite. Eagle Beach, which is continuously rated as one of the best beaches in the world, is located steps away from the front gate. This 1500 square foot condo offers two bedrooms (1 King & 2 Full Beds) and two bathrooms. The soothing décor capitalizes on the ocean views and brings the ease and comfort of the Caribbean indoors. The balcony from the living room and master bedroom overlooks the ocean, pool, and lush gardens below. We highly recommend enjoying a cocktail on the balcony at sunset. A state-of-the-art kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and a large granite dining bar with stools. Pots/pans and dinnerware are provided for your convenience - and most importantly, we have a blender available for making your favorite beach cocktail. All rooms have a flat-screen HDTV. The living room sofa has a queen sleeper with a new foam mattress. The condo is child-friendly and a pack and play, high chair, and pool toys are available to you upon request. Use of beach chairs and beach towels are included with the unit. Our goal is to make your week as easy and comfortable as possible. One Happy Island! Housekeeping during the week can be arranged at your advance request. A washer/dryer is available in the unit. The condo is located in a gated complex with 24-hour security. A parking space is provided for free with the unit. It is centrally located within walking distance of 10 restaurants and a casino. The island has 2 nearby courses for the golf enthusiast. There is also a bus stop in front of the complex, to take you anywhere you choose. Upon booking, we will be sure to fill you in on some of our family’s favorite haunts for eating and drinking in the area. You are close to a wonderful grocery store that can provide you with everything your heart desires – be sure to try the Gouda and Stroopwaffel. This is a Dutch colony after all! We hope your family falls in love with Aruba as much as we did! Aruba boasts the most beautiful sunsets, constant sunshine, and comfortable trade winds. It rains very little (20 inches per year) and is located below the hurricane belt. Aruba is great for relaxing, but home to many outdoor recreational activities. We highly recommend taking advantage of the snorkeling, scuba diving, boating, fishing, and ATV’ing in the area. We look forward to hosting you! Location was ideal. We were close enough to restaurants and shopping but away from the commercialization. Pools were beautiful. Homeowner attended promptly to any issue we had

Our family of 5 LOVED this condo and can’t say enough nice things about it! It is VERY large compared to other condos we have rented. We had so much space and never felt crowded (2 adults and 3 teenagers!) It is stocked with everything you could possibly need for a wonderful beach vacation! The location is amazing!! Walking distance to so many restaurants and beach bars! Eagle Beach is directly in front of the condo and was never busy! So private and relaxing! The pools were clean and never crowded and some days we even had a pool to ourselves! Security was great and we always felt safe!! Melissa and Ana were wonderful with the check-in and check-out process and any questions we had. We would highly recommend this condo and we will definitely stay at here again!

This property was ideally located, gorgeously clean, full of any amenity and extra you can ask for. Host was super responsive, and I’m now saving to book another stay!! Hands down best rental I’ve ever stayed at, and Aruba was pretty amazing, too.

I can’t say enough positive about our stay at Oceania. Most of us have been to Aruba many times before and we all remarked that it was our nicest place ever. Very comfortable, easy access to the beach and wonderful care taken to the property by all the staff. Security and grounds were top notch. Loved everything about our trip! All the communication and check in process was very smooth and they had prepared well for us.

This was the first time we had been to Aruba. We were told Eagle Beach would be a nice area to stay. Since we prefer to stay in a place other than a hotel we look to book a place that will more comfortable We were lucky and found a great place with a great host. We were right across from Eagle Beach. The unit had 4 beach chairs and beach towels. There were even sand toys for kids. Melissa immediately responded to our messages. Her place was clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. We could walk to several nice restaurants. Oranjestad to the South and Palm Beach to the North were short bus rides. We highly recommend this location and I’m sure Melissa will do everything she can to be sure your stay will be enjoyable.

The listing was exactly what to expect out of this property and more! This is located on the end of Eagle Beach where it is less crowded and your short walk to the beach with provided chairs and cooler is just perfect. There is a short walk to multiple restaurants but away from the hustle and bustle of Palm Beach. Can’t wait to come back.

Our family of four enjoyed this condo. Right across the street from Eagle Beach. We loved that it was a more quiet, low key area, than the hotel area. We enjoyed the view from the porch every morning with our coffee. The condo had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. The outdoor property is beautifully maintained. Lovely pools. The owner provided beach chairs and towels which was great for us. The owner was responsive to all of our questions and needs during our trip. I would recommend this property.

This was a wonderful place! This is our 2nd time to Aruba and by far the better place to stay. The updates are awesome and everything was so easy. Anna was the best and most helpful. We booked before the condo was sold to Melissa and she was so good to work with and always answered all our questions. Would absolutely rent from her again!!

We had a great stay here! The location is steps away from the beautiful Eagle Beach. The condo is beautiful, spacious and updated. It's close to everything, yet quiet. Stay here, rent a car and explore all over the island. After exploring, you'll realize the best beach is right in front of you.

Amazing location!
Location is everything and this has that, plus more. Place was clean, decor beautiful and Melissa was very responsive and easy to work with! This was our 14th trip to Aruba and by far the best place we have stayed. Beds and furniture comfortable, nice ocean view from balcony and noise is very minimal! And all on the best beach on the island! We will definitely stay here again!

Loved this condo!
Our family loved everything about this condo! Great location with the bus stop outside the gate, across the street from gorgeous Eagle Beach and in a quiet complex with gorgeous landscaping.
The inside of the condo was spotless and extremely well equipped. There were beach chairs and floats, snorkel equipment, a well
equipped kitchen complete with blender and comfortable beds.
We enjoyed coffee on the balcony every morning before walking the beach and then stunning sunsets at night. Perfection!

You’ll not find a better option for enjoying Aruba

The first day of contact. Rapid responses to any and all questions. Great check-in experience and orientation provided to the property. A great location, across a quiet street to Eagle beach. No surf or undertow, beautiful clear water. The ocean is like a swimming pool at Eagle beach. Property has several nice pools well equipped with chairs and shade. Great proximity to the overall island. Close to grocery store (2 minutes by car) and a short drive to numerous restaurants. Overall, perfect location for all our family activities.
The unit was very comfortable as well. Worked great for our family of 4. 18 year old son and 13 year for of daughter each had their own bed in their shared bedroom. The mattresses were very comfortable. Plenty of towels for both the bathroom and for the beach. Appreciated the snorkel gear provided as well. And beach chairs. We didn’t really challenge the kitchen much as we ate breakfast in the unit but ate dinner out each night. It seemed to have all the tools and equipment needed to do dinner in the unit and cook any meal. The unit sits back from the ocean on the resort property, but the view from the balcony is still very nice with the ocean clearly in view. Probably 200 to 250 yards away from the ocean.
Overall, a delightful unit with great management and exactly as advertised. Would highly recommend this unit for families or couples/friends seeking a central location near premium beach, and a quieter location than the big hotels.

One Happy Vacation
Although getting to Aruba with all the Covid testing & the E/D card problems became very stressful, the 4 weeks we spent at Oceania Residence 213 were the most relaxing & enjoyable vacation we have ever had! The condo was clean, well-equipped, & comfortable. The beds were amazing! Most appreciated were the beach chairs, cooler, pool/snorkel equipment, & the washer & dryer! Once we got our bearings, we discovered great restaurants, beaches, casinos, & shops! We rented a car for the last 2 weeks & visited other beaches & tourist attractions. Melissa always responded promptly to any questions, & the property management company helped also with questions. We were very happy on “One Happy Island”!!

Excellent Location and Gorgeous Condo
This condo was absolutely perfect. It had everything you needed from beach chairs to rafts, cooler and more. The beds were very comfortable. Nice new quilts on beds which had very comfortable mattresses. The location was perfect. Just steps to one of the pools and a few more steps to the beach.
Lots of restaurants in the area and all were very good. The owner was very responsive to all our questions and the management company that did our check in and out was very thorough.
We had a great week and will return again to this condo.

This condo on Eagle Beach was the perfect location in Aruba. We explored other parts of the island and were very happy with our choice of accomodation. Being there during the off-season was a perk as we managed to get one of the permanent umbrella/huts every day on Eagle beach, which was steps from the property. There were four clean and relaxing pools in the complex that we enjoyed. Sunset views from the condo balcony were beautiful. There were several delicious restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely stay in this property again.

No "surprises"
Everything went as expected, just as shown in the listing. Condo was very clean when we arrived. We did have to reset wifi twice and cable once... a little annoying but not a huge deal.

This is exactly what we were looking for. Quiet and not too busy. Pool and beach were easily accessible and not crowded. Very clean. There were several restaurants within walking distance. The restaurants in Aruba are all pretty great.
