Very nice spacious room in a very nice location. Self checkin. Comfortable bed. Big room with table. We loved the mini kitchen outside the room. You can cook a simple meal. (One cooktoop) Free nespresso coffee! Supermarket close by.

After 3 days the common areas could have used some vacuuming. Room could be hot in summer.

Caroline is an attentive host. The location is amazing, inside the "canal belt" of Leiden on a less busy street. The kitchenette with refrigerator (on the stairway landing) was clean and well stocked with utensils, plates, bowls, cups and glasses. I enjoyed the Keurig coffee. We used the kitchenette mainly for breakfast and lunch (there is a table inside the room). Kitchenette has a small hot plate (and pots and pans) to prepare dinner. We did our groceries at the nearby Albert Heijn (supermarket). The room was spacious, quiet (our room was at the back of the house) and the bed was comfortable. We were allowed to park at their art gallery, which was a 20-minute walk through beautiful Leiden. We did not need our car every day, so this was convenient for us. Travelers don't need a car to visit Leiden. Public transport is great. Street parking is available, but this will soon change: only permit holders will be allowed to park inside the canal belt. We had a delightful stay.

The apartment was sparkling clean and recently renewed. The staff was really available. The location was very central, close to some restaurants, perfect. The room was comfortable and well furnished. Nice cleaning service and bed linen change once a week. All facilities worked well. Nespresso coffee, tea, oil, salt, pepper, soap.

The kitchenette facilities were as described. I found them a bit limited, although sufficient. The fire alarm in the kitchenette was very sensitive.

My room was just perfect and comfortable Very spacious bathroom and bedroom, and with a very cozy feeling. Well-equipped kitchen, and with a wonderful view on the canals.
