Pets, Parties and Events will need to be approved with host prior to reservation. There is a $100 pet fee due prior to check-in. You must be 26+ years old to make a reservation due to safety and insurance requirements, unless otherwise approved by host. Guest provide Valid ID will need to be present at check-in. The use of confetti, glitter, silly string, or any other party supplies that result in stains or additional cleaning is strictly prohibited on the premises. Violation of this will result in additional cleaning fees charged to your reservation as well as forfeit of your reservation deposit.
