The gorgeous kitchen comes fully equipped to make the chef of the group's dream come true! It offers plenty of space to move around while cooking, beautiful countertops, and stainless steel appliances that will make cooking a breeze, including a French door fridge, stove, dishwasher, and two coffee makers. There is a convenient breakfast bar that seats two and a gorgeous dining table. The backyard is completely fenced for privacy and is a great place to play with your kids or simply relax and share a fun time with your peers. There is an outdoor covered patio with seating for guests and a private gas grill, perfect for barbecues. This home has three bedrooms upstairs, two full bathrooms, a futon, and a smart TV with Roku for streaming your favorite shows in the loft. None of the bedrooms share a wall. The main bedroom has an ensuite full bath with double vanity and a walk-in shower and a walk-in closet. There is another bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a convenient laundry room with a washer and dryer combo. Kid-friendly extras include a Pack 'n Play, a high chair, and children's dinnerware. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
