Came in for the baloon festival. We got in late our first day and they still greeted us when we got in. Very nice people, and the room was fantastic. They had everything you think you might need. Very clean. 10/10 would stay again whenever we come back to Albuquerque. Already suggesting to friends/family.

The two most important factors in a short term rental are convenience and practicality. This one nails it. Add in style and amenities and that's even better. Then, there's the matter of Tom is a really nice guy! Top it off with the fact that he has a BBQ grill made from a V-8 engine block. Awesome! We had a great time.

The Property was very clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Perfect for our stay. Cost less per night than a motel in the area:) Tom and Kelly were wonderful host and hostess, made us feel right at home. I was worried we be too far from downtown Albuquerque but just a short drive. Would be a great location for the Balloon Fest.

This was by far the easiest and nicest place to stay! Super clean, everything you needed to know was clearly placed where you would see it. It was quiet and peaceful and we felt at home. Tom and Kelly are so awesome and friendly and made us feel like family. We would highly recommend their place.

Loved the location, views and seclusion of the property but also that it was close to many amenities. The separate guest suite was well appointed and had everything we needed and then some. The hosts, Tom and Kelly, were very friendly and accommodating. Would stay here again.

For us this was the perfect VRBO! It was clean, cozy, quiet & had everything we needed! The parking is behind a locked gate, which is a plus in the Albuquerque area! The host was quick to answer my questions initially & quick to check us in! Will definitely stay again!

Quiet, clean casita located in a beautiful desert landscape. Marvelous view of Sandia Mountain range. Interesting, personable, and very generous, helpful hosts. Excellent short stay, wish it could have been longer. Hosts were willing to extend our stay in case our flight was delayed. It's a gem, just outside Albuquerque.

Tom & Kelly were so gracious and accommodating. Beautiful property, in neighborhood of ½ to 2-acre size lots, with amazing view of Sandia Mountains. Very peaceful location allowing restful comfort. Studio apartment fully stocked with all the necessaries you could image, and then some. Very clean and comfortable furniture, providing relaxation after long day site seeing. This is our spot when coming to Albuquerque area. Guaranteed to catch your limit by noon.

Tom & Kelly went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The casita was very clean and comfortable. We felt very safe as the casita was nestled behind the main home and down a gated driveway. We plan to stay here again and would highly recommend it.

this is a great place in north Albequerque in very new neighborhood. I suggest you include a photo of the apartment from the outside and add to the description that it is located behind the main house. I admit I got the impression that the view of the Sandia was from the front porch (of the casita).

I liked the friendliness and accommodating nature of the owners of the property. They were very knowledgeable of the area and gave us some great suggestions. It was a vary pleasant stay and close to a lot of things to do. It was also easy access to I-25, which takes you to the center of Albuquerque and north to Santa Fe.
