This is the ideal main floor rental unit. You’ll appreciate the updated floors throughout as well as newer kitchen appliances. Condo sits right on the peaceful pond that runs through the Brookharbor development. A rare main floor condo with no steps or stairs. Ideal for anyone who needs the 1-story living. Master bath includes a walk-in shower! Condo features big, open living/dining/kitchen and washer/dryer. Lots of extra amenities included like a pack n play and high chair for the little ones. AMENITIES INCLUDE: air conditioning, laundry, gas fireplace, pool and pond views, outdoor deck. WIFI and smart TVs included. The kitchen is fully stocked for everyday meal prep. Dishes, pots and pans, silverware, glass, etc. A drip coffee maker is available for guest use. Additional kitchen items include microwave, toaster and ice maker. Also included: bed linens, bath towels, basic cleaning supplies, and soaps (not personal soaps), and a starter set of paper products. LOCATION: Harbor Village is on the shores of Lake Michigan's sugar sandy beaches with beautifully landscaped grounds, a deep-water marina with slips for rent, community fishing dock, indoor and outdoor pool and spa, fitness center, and a gated playground for the children to enjoy. Plus, it's just minutes to historic downtown Manistee, The Riverwalk, world-class golf and fishing, public parks and nature trails. The ideal place for family vacations, weekend getaways or the avid boater or fisherman! The Boardwalk Vacation Rentals Promise: To our guests, we promise a memorable and stress-free vacation. To deliver on this promise, we are committed to providing: - Well-appointed and maintained rental properties - Attentive responses to inquiries - Exceptionally detailed cleaning - Clear and proactive communication at appropriate intervals - Properly stocked amenities - Access to resources for enhancing the vacation experience If we come up short with any of these, we strongly encourage you to contact us directly and we will make it right. Check in time is after 4:00PM and check out time is before 10:00AM. Please note that we are not able to accommodate early arrivals or late departures from May – September. Any request for additional time will depend on availability of the rental and an additional fee may be added to the stay. ARRIVAL: There is no formal check-in procedure. Arrival details are sent prior to your check-in date and will include the exact location of the property, parking and entry information. Guests will have a private, secure entrance and the rental is not shared by owners or other guests. DEPARTURE: We do have a very short checklist we ask renters follow upon departure. It includes making sure the property is left tidy, furniture is in the same place you found it, everything is closed, locked and turned off, and the thermostat is set properly. These items will only take a couple of minutes but help staff immensely. Please know that all rental policies and house rules are strictly enforced. This includes occupancy limits, age requirements, the ‘no parties’ and ‘no smoking’ clauses or any other rule posted online or within the rental. These are often defined by local ordinances, Homeowner’s Associations or other legal requirements and can result in fines or eviction if violated. We do not provide additional refunds for cancellations, late arrivals or early departures except as required in the posted cancellation policy. For safety reasons, there may be external security cameras in use. Please contact us if there are any questions or concerns.

Lovely condo, great location by 5th avenue beach! We had 2 adults and 2 older teens and fit very comfortably in the space. The condo was very clean and a very enjoyable place to stay. Unfortunately the outdoor pool and hot tub were closed during our stay, but the indoor ones were available for use. I would absolutely recommend this place for families.

This was our first time visiting Manistee and this location was perfect! For the condo itself it gets 10+ stars for being so clean, safe, and stocked with essentials. We were blown away by the cleanliness and the “at home” feel. It was a great perk to have a washer/dryer and extra towels since we went through so many with the beach/pool visits.
Between the indoor and outdoor pool, park, and beach minutes away we had so much to do. The downtown area is super cute with lots of restaurants to choose from and only about a 5 minute drive. I can’t imagine a better location for family fun. We will for sure be back!

This property is beautiful and our stay was perfect! All the amenities needed for us and more. A great place to stay with kids, a close walk to both pools and a 1 minute drive to the most beautiful beach ever. Property was clean and check in/check out was easy.

We went here for Spring Break last year and it was a perfect getaway for us! The kids and grown ups got to swim in the pool and it was a nice break from the wintry weather we were having. Went to town for breakfast and searched the shoreline for rocks. The condo was in great condition and had all the essentials and more! Will stay here again!

No steps except for one outside. Was able to get wheel chair in with 8 inch ramp then it fit everywhere inside the unit.

Great location for a family with kids. Home equipped with everything needed for an infant including pack and play and high chair. Home was updated and spacious. I plan to return each year. Overall great place.

Bathroom faucets in master need to be replaced, both were broken(rotted metal). ceiling light fixture was falling out in master bath. Mattress's (everyone) were hard to sleep on. We worked around everything, and I would still rate you very high with condo and location.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was just as pictured and property manager responded very quickly to questions we had. Would definitely will book for another stay on these properties.

Property was very cozy and felt like home. Amenities beyond expectations allowing stay to be more enjoyable. Remotes to televisions were a little tricky but figured you just had to press a little hard on remote to get it to work. Would definitely recommend this property. Thank you for your hospitality.

Great Stay, Great Community
My wife and I joined another friend couple of ours to stay in Manistee and chose this property for our stay. It was gorgeous, close to downtown, close to the beach, and easy to get to. We didn't want to leave! The weather was fantastic and we had the windows open every night. It was nice being able to hear the surf while we relaxed. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.
