So much space and close to where we needed to be to meet family . Fact you can get free parking in this part of Hastings is a massive bonus

I liked the location in the Old Town and the building itself.
I also liked the furnishings and it was well equipped.
Having a parking space was a real bonus.
The outside stairs were a bit of a surprise and it was difficult to carry luggage up and down (probably because I am older).

Quiet location, but close to bars and restaurants. Clear instructions for parking and access.
Stair rail, although attractive, impractical. Juts out in places, and made navigating the stairs with cases awkward. Drainage needs addressing, but landlord did mention this in introduction pack.

The location is perfect. Loved being in the High Street. Having parking was just brilliant. It made things so much easier.
The host was very helpful, too.
The difficult external and internal stairs should be highlighted. We managed, but it wouldnt be possible for everyone.
The banister with the jutting elbow really is tricky and could do with being altered. Some of the areas in the flat could do with a keener eye for detail on the cleaning front. And the oven trays need replacing or a deep clean. Having said that, it was OK for us. We just bought tin foil to use, instead. Also, I would come back to this flat again.

The location was very good the property was very quirky
Did not get any instructions on how to operate heating. There were trades people working on adjoining properties and our vehicle was blocked in by vans, the stairs were very steep and could be a problem especially for children. Could not get the tv’s to programme in for channels no instructions available

Fantastic location in the heart of Hastings Old town with immediate access to shops and the seafront. This historic property is beautifully furnished, with king/ queen sized beds, WiFi and TVs in bedrooms and living room - although not that the latter was needed as there was so much to do around Hastings.
Off street parking is also a bonus in an old town where car parking is constrained.
A minor issue is the driftwood stair rail, although aesthetically an interesting feature, the staircase is narrow and rail juts out in places. Several times we got caught on this. Perhaps a nautical rope would be better?

Great quirky flat in Old Hastings, it was in a great location for everything we needed

The location was very good and the Duke of Wellington next door was a friendly pub for a drink before eating.
The only thing, and we had been warned, was the scaffolding around the building.
