ROSE GARDEN, HEATED POOL, HOT TUB, 3 BEDS, 2 BATHS The Villa was built in 1998 and renovated and refurbished in 2023. The house is located in the quiet Rose Garden in the Southwest of Cape Coral, on a dry lot with a view on a private pond. The entire living area is tiled and equipped with air conditioning. Through the open living, kitchen and dining area you can enjoy the view of the pool area and the pond behind the villa. In the north-facing and covered lanai is another dining area for up to six people. The outdoor area has a heated pool, sun loungers and a Weber gas grill. Electricity costs of USD 100 per week are included in the rental price. Additional consumption is charged at USD 0.20 per kWh. Meters are read at check-in and again at check-out. Any overages are paid during check-out. Active cameras on the front side of the House. No camera inside of the House. No camera on the pool side of the House. *** IMPORTANT*** The house was hit by the Hurricane in September 2022. The entire house has been renovated. All new furniture, new kitchen, appliances and bathrooms. Pool was emptied and pressure washed after the hurricane. On one side at the top of the pool some tiles are missing. The pool can be used without restrictions.
