Close to beach. Cold weather weekend but had enough blankies and heat. No complaints. Short on a few bath/ shower gel supplies but that’s a housekeeping agency issue not an owner issue.

Exactly as described, perfect for a great beach vacation. Comfortable beds, AC worked great and plenty of hot water for multiple showers. Pavilion with plenty of seating and grill, plus the pool is just a walk down the condo stairs. 5-10 minute walk down a private path to the beach, depending on if you have children in tow. Beach towels, wagon, 2 chairs and beach umbrella for use, so convenient. Great host communication and quick to respond if needed. Will definitely stay again!

Very easy to find and get to. Very clean, everything you need is in the condo, and absolutely amazing views. Check in was at 4pm and they were still cleaning so we got in about 4:30pm. We will visit this place sgain.

It was a nice stay. Property was really clean and had everything we needed to enjoy ourelves. We enjoyed the pool, the patio/grill, and the short walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend.

The condo was very well maintained and clean. The kitchen was stocked with all your cooking necessities. It had everything you need to go enjoy the beach. The pool and grilling area were also very nice. Truly loved staying here. Within waking distance of the endless miles of beach. The host was very responsive and checkin was a breeze.

We enjoyed staying at Brett’s condo and will certainly be back again! The unit had plenty of room and was located just down the street from the beach which was fantastic!

Ac worked fine, beds were plenty comfy. Ceiling fans in every room. Hot water. Lots
Of towels. Lots of space. It’s a lot closer to the beach than I thought it would be (less than 100yards?) plenty of parking. It’s super clean and the owner didn’t bother us once (no messaging at all!) the only thing we struggled with was the three flights of stairs but I’d do it again. :) the only thing I’d ask the owner to change is to add a lamp & coffee table in the living room for chilling at night AND to hang blackout curtains in the front bedroom cause you cannot turn off the porch light. It didn’t bother use though - cause we were too tired from fishing and beaching.

The location was great for food and the beach. 20 mins at most drive if you wanted to see anything! VRBO check in was supper easy. Great communication! Had mostly everything we needed to staynfor 5 days. Pool was clean and pool area was a great size for my teams to hang out in. Walkway to the beach was in okay condition but the walk was only 2 mins! Beach was clean and beautiful!

Sisters enjoyed a week at this condo near the beach. The condo rental was clean and tastefully furnished. The neighborhood was quiet, and the heated pool was a plus. We highly recommend!

READY TO STAY AGAIN!!!!
First of all, the process was so easy to book this condo. The pictures did not do it justice…the place was AMAZING!!! It was so clean and roomy with excellent access to our favorite beach. The pool was refreshing and the view from the balcony was beautiful. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit…gonna start looking for a date now!!!

Location was not as close to beach as expected. Need to have more than one key since key pad didn’t work. Ac had a hard time keeping cool. Otherwise condo was nice

Master bedroom didn’t get very cool, but the guest room was comfortable.

Wonderful slice of heaven
I was very impressed with how clean the condo was. The condo was just like all the reviews said. The kitchen water pressure was worse than I thought so hopefully that will get fixed. Made it really hard to wash dishes. I ended up going and buying paper plates and bowls. There weren't enough big plates for the 5 of us but really didn't bother us. I feel like they thought of everything that might be needed and supplied it. They had chairs, wagon, beach umbrella avail as well. The beds were super comfy except for the pull out bed but thats why we make the kids sleep on it right! The sheets all smelled really good and were super soft and cozy. The AC in the master bedroom never seemed to cool the room down enough for our liking but it didnt bother me to much. Overall, I WILL definitely go back. Brett was always super quick to reply which was very much appreciated. Great trip and see you next year!

Pathway to the sea
Great rental in wonderful location, just a short walk to the beach! Beds were very comfortable and I'm picky. There was little to no water pressure in the kitchen sink but had good pressure in the bathrooms. Loved having the 2 bathrooms!

Family Vacation
This condo was awesome. It was very clean. The beds were comfortable. There was an leak in one bathroom when we arrived, but Brett was on it. It was fixed within 24 hours and was very little inconvenience to us. Since we flew in from out of state, it was nice to have the wagon, chairs, toys, and umbrella for the beach. Brett was very responsive to any calls. My only cons were the lack of an iron, low water pressure in the kitchen, and the three flights of stairs to get to the condo. It was difficult to carry luggage up the stairs. Parking was always available close to our entrance. Easy access to the beach. Overall, the condo met our needs. We had a lovely and relaxing family vacation.

Beautiful and Clean Condo
Very nice condo. Our nieces (ages 6 and 8) loved it and loved the pool. The beds were super comfortable which is very important for me so I was pleased by that. We did have a little trouble with low water pressure with the kitchen sink for some reason but the water pressure win the showers were great so I’m not sure if that was just a fluke but I did report it to the host so I’m sure they will have it looked into. Other that little hiccup, everything was perfect with this stay. I would definitely recommend it to friends and other family members if they ever travel to Corpus.

The walk to the beach was short and easy, and there were lots of good restaurants nearby. Our only complaints were that the pool heater wasn’t working (although our Wisconsin kids still swam in it, since it was the same temp as the ocean they’d been swimming in), and my husband’s trek up and down the 3 flights of stairs with the beach wagon. Although that didn’t bother me or the kids. :-) Overall a great place to stay and a great city to explore!

The property was nice and clean. We had some issues with getting into the door but after that we enjoyed our stay. The beach was great as there were no cars allowed in that stretch thus it wasn't as crowded as the "public" beach. Would definitely stay again.
