Next time after confirmation of booking the agent should have a written contract with the property owner , because my booking was terminated due to reason of the property owner saying he wants to use the property on the dates we booked...as the agent specified.

1. The fact that i needed to pay an extra R50 a day just to stay connected on their dstv channels.
2. They need to fix their lights in the rooms.
