Relax in over 3,800 of spacious square feet to include a family room with a vaulted ceiling and hardwood flooring throughout the main level. View the gorgeous waterfront and deck from the living room and kitchen. The kitchen has hickory cabinets, stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, large pantry, and comes stocked with dishes, pots, pans, spices, Keurig, and tea kettle. Large lakeside main level master suite features a walk-in closet, double vanity, soaking tub and separate shower. Two additional guest rooms are on the main level with a full-size bathroom. Lower level includes 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. Walkout basement with huge flat screen TV and family bar area for entertaining. Outdoor space includes your own private sandy beach, stone patio with storage, bar, sun deck and a jet ski lift! 2-3 car attached garage, paved driveway, beautifully landscaped yard, rear composite deck, covered front porch, covered patio and an outdoor shower. Several sheds, enclosed carport and workshop included. The listing includes a double-bay boathouse which contains a full-size fridge and roll-up bar door so you can entertain at the waterfront. Access to launch and park your personal boat/jet ski. We had 15 family members ranging in age from 6 months to 84 years young. The house was clean and the owner was very responsive to any questions we had. The sand area and shallow water was perfect for the little ones! We had a blast and will definitely go back!

We had checked into another property that had no running water. We were able to switch to this property and it was perfect. Great quiet neighborhood, nice dock and nice amenities.

This was a wonderful house with a fully stocked kitchen, and extras such as plenty of TP, soaps etc. House was clean and large. We were there when temps were in high 90’s and unfortunately the water temp was about the same. Game room was also hot since it is in upstairs garage. This is a great place in cooler temperatures- unfortunately this summer has been extremely hot. Air conditioning worked well in house and a cooler beach is close by so we had a great time! Thanks

I recently stayed at this lake house and had an absolutely fantastic experience! The first thing that struck me was how clean and spacious the house was with plenty of room for everyone in our group.
The game room was a huge hit with the kids! They had so much fun playing games and keeping themselves entertained.
The amenities exceeded our expectations. There were so many little touches that made our stay extra special. From the well-stocked kitchen to the cozy living areas, we truly felt like we had everything we needed.
But the real highlight was the outdoors. We were able to use our jet ski and boat right from the property was a huge convenience. We didn't have to worry about transportation or finding a separate location to launch them. It made our time on the lake even more enjoyable and hassle-free.
Overall, our experience at this lake house was exceptional. It ticked all the boxes and then some. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun getaway. You won't be disappointed!

We traveled with four families and had a wonderful time. The waterfront has a beautiful beach, boathouse, and dock. The water on the private side of the lake was about 90 degrees when we traveled in July. The bedrooms are large and the basement rooms have several beds in each room, perfect for kids. The house was clean and the owner was quick to respond to any concerns. We had everything we needed for a memorable stay.

Had a wonderful stay with 15 friends to celebrate my 40th. The house has plenty of space for us to be all together. Kitchen was great! Would have loved a dresser in the rooms to really be able to unpack, but everything else was great! We had a plumbing issue and Rashid responded right away and had it taken care of with in the day. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great family getaway in this lake front vacation house. The house had a magnificent view and was very clean. The house was stacked with supplies that we needed during our stay. Rashid was very responsive and accommodating.

While the house has space for 10+ people with a nice location on the water, some of my guests were unable to sleep on beds because there weren't clean sheets for us to use. We immediately had to start laundry so that we could have clean sheets to sleep on. It was an inconvenience but we thankfully were able to still enjoy our time.

We had a great stay at this home with 15 family members (5yo through teen, and parents). It’s set in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. The house had plenty of space inside and out to congregate. And, there was room for anyone to break off and have some quiet time too. The owner, Rashid was very responsive and welcoming.
Kids loved the huge upstairs and downstairs TV’s, the garage gaming room with pool, foosball and arcade style basketball hoops. The popcorn machine was a hit as well in the downstairs bar area.
But everyone’s favorite was the amazing lake access. As soon as you walk in the front door you’re greeted with an incredible view of the beach, dock and lake. Smaller kids loved the sand box while older ones enjoyed the stand up paddle board and kayaks. The lake-side firepit seating area was a great place for adults to wind down after sunset. Our stay was through hot weather and the boat house provided welcome shade all day long.
If you have your own boat, this is an excellent property (get permission in advance of course). The boat house has two lifts, one for a pontoon boat and another for a v-hull. There is also a floating dock for a jet ski. I don’t know weight limits so check with the owner, but our 13’ Boston Whaler was easily accommodated. The property next door has a neighborhood boat ramp which we used. It was not very busy but did provide occasional entertainment watching people come and go. Tubing and wake boarding are very popular on Lake Anna.
During our stay we saw deer, rabbits, osprey, and bald eagles. Kids caught bluegills off the dock and there were plenty of catfish and largemouth bass if you know how to catch them as well.
Our family enjoys getting together in a new location each summer. But we had such a good time here we’re considering booking it again for next year.

The house was very easy to find and ample parking. The house was comfortable, but difficult for a mobility challenged person. The shore and boat house were the center of our daily activities. We highly recommend this property to other vacationers.

Great lake house vacation property!
This was the perfect place for our group of 18 to stay during our Lake Anna trip. There was plenty of space and beautiful views of the lake both inside and out. The highlight of this property is the backyard— our group made great use of the large dock, the included water toys, the beach, and the fire pit. Overall a great place to stay, the owner was very friendly and helpful, and we would definitely rebook!

Perfect family vacation
We had a wonderful family vacation at this home! Beautiful home, perfect location, and plenty to do right at the house. We would definitely stay here again.
*Just a reminder that the coffee pot is a Keurig, so if you prefer a regular coffee pot, bring yours :) (we went out and bought one). Also, would recommend bringing extra blankets and towels.

60th Anniversary
We celebrated together as a family with 11 children and 6 adults. The lake was fantastic and the selection of lake toys was great. We really enjoyed the dock and beach area.

We took our son and a few of his friends to the lake for his Graduation. They all loved it! It was great to have the boys be able to hang out downstairs while the hubby and I relaxed upstairs :)

Would recommend
House was as advertised. There is enough sleeping area , only 3 BR which we knew ahead of time . There are kayaks , paddle boat , fire pit, Sandbox , grill that kept kids and adults entertained . Kids loved playing in the water .
BTW ;We had bad experience with pleasant landing boating company though ( won’t recommend them ) and they are not connected to the private part of the lake anna as well .

Wonderful house in a perfect setting!
This is a great house in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful backyard, boathouse and lake.
This house was large and well furnished with everything we needed - quality furnishings, big TVs and luxury appointments everywhere. The backyard was more than you could ask for with a nice deck, fire pit, boathouse and the lake itself. Note the lake is really warm and the location is a bit remote but in my mind those are both positive.
The owner was extremely gracious and even helped us find some lost airpods after our stay. Thanks for a great weekend!

Our four night stay on Lake Anna was absolutely perfect because of all the house offered. The house accommodated our large family of all ages. The game room in the garage was such a bonus - the kids and adults loved hanging out there. Days at the lakes edge were perfect whether we were using all the great paddle craft, fishing off the pier, digging at the sandy beach, or relaxing at the firepit. The home has been well cared for and the owner was very responsive and accommodating to ensure an amazing stay!

Wonderful Stay on the Lake
My family got together with two other families for a a four night stay at this amazing house. There was so much room for everyone to have space and get together. We were traveling with teenagers and they had such a great time. The house was above and beyond all that we wanted. Highly recommend this house to other families! Owner was very responsive and great to work with.

My family and I stayed at Lake Anna. This house is spectacular. It is stocked with anything you could want and Amir turn the garage into an unbelievable playroom. Everything is new clean and crisp. The location of the lake is spectacular. There’s so many extras like the golf course with the popcorn machine and all the kayaks and paddle boards as well as paddle boat. Truly spectacular!

fabulous lakefront views from many areas of the home and gets fantastic natural light. It's open, airy, and inviting. The water toys were great. There were so many different activities to engage in at this home. The game room was awesome and the kids loved it...and we did too! We fished, we swam, we listened to music, and well,I just can't say enough about this property. We are even thinking of renting it in the fall so we can take advantage of the fire pit and fall ffishing. Rashid was a fantastic host and very responsive. He even helped look for a watch charger my daughter thought she left. A 5 out of 5 for us!

What an amazing lakefront home! The location and the views from every room are amazing. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The lake is beautiful and our group took advantage of the water toys there for our use: canoe, paddle boat, paddle board, kayaks, and inflatable water floats. The lake is lovely and clean and warm...you can just walk right in from the back lawn. We just floated around and enjoyed watching the boats and jet skis go by. The fire pit area is great for large groups and there are lots of other outdoor seating areas too. The beds were very comfortable and the blankets and towels were soft and plush. The house was spotless and the bathrooms were bright and very clean. We had a group of 18-year-old girls who had the basement to themselves. They loved the huge TV and the small kitchen area down there. Rashid was very responsive, friendly, and welcoming. We did not want to leave when our stay was over, and we can't wait to go back!
