Daniela was incredibly helpful, everything was perfect. The location is brilliant, the garden is wonderful, our room was big and clean and we couldn't fault anything. Thanks Daniela!

Great location, large room, easy check-in Nd check-out.
Our room had a a lake view and a small kitchen area which I only used to make a cup of tea but it had everything one might need.
I had to take my rubbish out.

The location is great. It’s a small oasis right in the city centre. Clean rooms and spacious apartment.

The kitchenette is very basic (though good hardware). No cleaning during the stay.

fantastic location, very clean and an amazing rooftop patio. this is a perfect place to stay in Lake Como. the property is beautiful and it’s a great price. I would definitely stay here again. they maintain the property extremely well and the room was so clean. highly recommend especially for a couple. we loved sitting on the patio overlooking the lake.

the location was very good, the apartment was quiet
There is no staff at the property during the day, the reception office is open only between 6-8 pm.
There is no daily housekeeping and towels are changed only on demand.
There is no TV set only a 21inch computer screen in the living room and none in the bedroom.
