This spacious first floor condo has direct ocean views and is just steps away to the beach access in the Solana Beach and Tennis Club. We now have a newly remodeled pool and garage elevators. Enjoy grilling on the natural gas Weber BBQ on the patio while viewing the sunset and enjoying a snack or drink. Inside, this luxury rental features free high speed WI-FI, a 55 inch smart flat screen TV with cable TV and Netflix/Prime streaming options well as a flat screen in the bedroom. New soft bedding for the King bed and a high quality memory foam queen sleeper in the living room provide comfortable sleeping options. All linens are cleaned after each guest departs. Enjoy a relaxing evening in front of the gas fireplace with wine or coffee on cool nights. The kitchen is well equipped with Vitamix, Keurig single cup and automatic coffee maker, coffee grinder, juicer, toaster and reverse osmosis water purification system. You will have everything you need to cook elaborate meals or just enjoy take out. The condo also has a mini split HVAC system with AC and heating so you can always have the perfect temperature. Resort living at its best! The condo was updated with beautiful Italian tile flooring resembling bleached wood floors, granite counters, new Bosch appliances and a washer/dryer - all the conveniences of home. Updated 1.5 baths and two covered parking spaces in this gated community with an outdoor pool, 4 tennis courts, 2 spas and a recreation room with pool and ping pong tables. We supply beach toys, four boogie boards, two beach umbrellas and four chairs. We provide pool cue sticks, balls, ping pong paddles, tennis rackets and balls and amenities located in the Recreation Room. Located on the bluff, the condo is literally steps to beach access! There are steps to the beach in front of the condo or you can walk to Fletcher Cove. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, the train station, Del Mar Race Track, Del Mar Fairgrounds, and Cedros Avenue Design District. Across the street from the complex is a gym with weekly memberships, a large CVS, a dry cleaners, hair and nail salon as well as restaurants. Updated beachy casual decor throughout. Great living space for a couple or couple with 2 children. Spacious open plan has living/dining/kitchen area, and large master bedroom with sitting area. There is chair and a half sleeper in the bedroom to accommodate a small child. French door between rooms for added light and open space. Master bedroom has attached bath with new linens. Lots of space for relaxing inside or outside on the patio. We also provide most staples for cooking, tea, coffee, creamer, snack bars. When you leave, we do the cleaning...just organize your personal items so you don't leave anything behind. The complex maintains a system of security cameras. An outdoor ocean facing security camera is installed on the patio for the protection of your personal belongings. Solana Beach and Tennis Club is a smoke free community. Guest must sign rules as part of contract. Guests will be greeted by our Hostess for tour of unit and facilities. No pet strictly enforced due to owner allergies. Please discuss with host if guest or day visitor intends to bring any animals into the unit.

The unit sits on the bluff directly over Solana Beach. Stairs just steps away from front door provide beach access. We walked the beach every morning. There were two parking spaces assigned for our unit in the garage. The inside of the unit was very nicely decorated in a beach theme with comfortable and beautiful furniture. The condo was very well stocked with not just the usual kitchen items, but also handy items like baggies, foil, laundry detergent. There was a small ironing board and iron, and a small stacked washer and dryer. There were books and games and equipment for the recreation room too. There was even a heating pad. Despite the items available, there was still ample space for us to put-away our things while we were there (this is important to us). Lisa, the property manager, gave us a tour of the condo and property when we arrived, and was easy to reach in case we had questions or needed assistance. We will definitely be back. We love Solana Beach and this property.

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was exactly as described, super clean, nice king bed and all the things you need for being on the beach (the cliff above). Walking distance to restaurants, coffee and great location for getting around the area of San Diego. Lisa was great to deal with and the owners have all the things you need to stay for a week (boogey boards, bbq, beach chairs). Would stay here again.

Very fine! But a little dirty - floors could have been a little cleaner as would back of toilets.Also, some decent paper towels and some plastic wrap would have been appreciated .

We really enjoyed our week at this property. Lisa was an amazing host and made sure we had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the location as well. We were able to watch the dolphins playing in the surf from the top of the bluffs, and we loved being able to walk on the beach whenever the mood took us. The condo is also within an easy walk or bike ride to several restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and shops. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to go back again someday.

Very well maintained, clean, and comfortable apartment. Very quiet at night. Excellent instructions for using major appliances. Cleaning supplies allowed us to keep things tidy during our stay. Owners’ agent was extremely helpful with check-in process and showing us around not only the unit but the property. Convenient to local shopping and beach. Thank you!

Wonderful condo, outfitted with all items needed, just bring your toothbrush and clothes. If you a surfer you will love this location, just steps to the waves. The only disappointment we had is that you can not see the waves from the patio due to the cliffs. For us the walk to the parking was an issue as we are handicapped, but we enjoyed the week.

This is a wonderful, serene property in a great and safe location. It is a few steps to the stairs leading to the beach and every night you can enjoy beautiful sunsets. The property is filled with flowers and little water features, as well as sweeping views of the ocean, that make walking around pleasant and relaxing. Additionally, there are restaurants, a CVS, and other amenities within walking distance. If you rent a car, you can drive a short distance (5-7 minutes) to Whole Foods or Gelson's to get groceries. Torrey Pines Reserve is a short drive and beautiful to visit. The property manager, Lisa, and the owners are super responsive and wonderful to work with. They truly care about your experience. Highly recommended.

The condo is great for small families. The home is very clean and well stocked. There is a king size bed with a full size pull out in the bedroom along with a queen size pull out in the living room. We utilized the bedroom beds and they were both comfortable. All appliances are top notch, we had no issues during our stay. The complex is very safe, well maintained and everyone was very friendly. There is a fairly long staircase to access the beach right next to the property, allowing for easy access. If anyone has issues with stairs, it is a short walk to Fletcher Cove. Property manager met us at check in and provided a tour of the complex. Manager was super responsive and attentive to any needs. We would recommend staying here anytime!

The space is as pictured and the location is great for the beach, golf and other activities. There are restaurants and shops nearby at either a walk-able or very short drive distance. This one bedroom condo overlooking the ocean is perfection. Everything is in top condition, well appointed, very chic and also very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you would need for home cooking and the internet and TV work perfectly. Our manager, Lisa, was totally attentive and reliable, making us feel secure if we had a problem (we didn't). The tennis courts are in perfect condition and always available and the pool is heated. We highly recommend this condo for a seamless vacation for couples and small families.

This is a very special property. I am in the process of remodeling my home and being a local, I was very particular in my selection as it was a longer rental period . This condo is exactly as pictured, beautifully decorated and maintained . Pride of ownership throughout! It is very well stocked and Lisa the property manager is a joy. The location is perfect-steps away from accessing the beach while maintaining privacy and quiet. I would rent again and highly recommended this gem!

Wonderful home, amazing ocean views. The unit was highly upgraded, well located in the complex and an exceptionally well stocked home. Beach access was literally a short walk down the stairs and the beach was perfect for swimming and boogie boarding. This was a great spot for a family vacation, owner Joanne and Property Manager Lisa were super attentive and great throughout our stay. This home has been lovingly maintained and it shows, we hope to rent her again! Note, the home is perfect for a small family of 4.
