PROS: The apartment décor is as advertised. The apartment is nice, clean and in a secure building. The location is in a safe area and walking distance to many restaurants as well as the malls. CONS: When I arrived at check-in the front desk representative did not have my reservations. I attempted to contact the host Francisco at the local number he provided if there was any problems and he never answered. I then contact the VRBO 800 number and informed the representative that I had a confirmation booking was having problems checking in, and they too could not reach Francisco either. After waiting an hour luckily for me I decided to have my friend who was Dominican and spoke Spanish text the number that Francisco had initially provided me and someone responded immediately, stating they don’t have a reservation under my name and to send any communications through a rental pproperty company. my friend reply that I did not book through another company, i bookedeed on VRBO. At this time, the person responded sorry. I was then finally able to check-in. It should be noted that during this entire process, the person at the number Francisco provided me would never answer or respond to any calls I made from my USA cell. I highly, recommend you consider other properties unless the host is going to provide clients with a contact person that can be reached in case of an emergency. The property is located smack in the middle of all the nice restaurants and best malls in the country. When I return I will check for availability, definitely will return.

Perfect location, apartment nicely decorated and the view from rof top it's just amazing! Definitely I will stay here again
