Located in a quiet, urban neighborhood on the north side of Fort Collins, this brand new studio apartment is conveniently located near Old Town Fort Collins and the Foothills. Enjoy a fun-filled day touring local breweries, shopping in Old Town and exploring the nearby natural areas. Then come back to enjoy our cozy studio and sink into the plush queen-sized bed after a full day of adventures. In the summertime – be sure to visit Garden Sweet Farms to pick our own fruits and flowers! This home features: Bedroom 1: Queen Bed | Plus Queen Sleeper Sofa | Sleeps 4 OUTDOOR LIVING: Private balcony INDOOR LIVING: 50” flat-screen TV with free Netflix, bar top seating for 2, ceiling fans KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, microwave, cooking basics, dishware/flatware, spices, complimentary coffee, creamer, tea and sweetener BATHROOM: Full bathroom with tub/shower combo, hairdryer, linens/towels, iron/ironing board. We even include local favorites for every guest stay including soaps, shampoo, and conditioner. GENERAL: Free WiFi, stacked washer/dryer, keyless entry, geothermal heating and air conditioning, complimentary toiletries, cleaning essentials. PARKING: 1 dedicated parking spot. Park on the left side of the garage when entering through the alley. While the rental is very cute and cozy, during our stay there was a significant amount of bugs. We ended up not feeling comfortable and moving to a local hotel. Although, communication with the host was fast and great, we were able to get a full refund, which we really do appreciate.

We arrived after 9p. We mistakenly drove to front of the house and couldn’t enter so called mgmt. They described different entrance so we drove around and found a small narrow street leading behind the houses (mgmt didn’t inform us of this). Street was narrow, parking space narrow and on steep slope. Electronic lock would not work for us so we called mgmt who was supposed to have a tech call back. After several repeated attempts the lock finally worked. Note: mgmt responds better to texts.

My wife and I stayed in this cute little above garage touch sweet. It was very clean and and easily accessible to downtown an Old Town for Collins. Stacy was really easy to work with recommend this recommend this for any couple that once a cute stay in that area.

Perfect place for a few days in the near old town Fort Collins. Easy access, light traffic, exceptionally quiet neighborhood and very close to the north most brewery area. Would stay again as the value is definitely there.

FANTASTIC little community - very clean and quiet, and only about 5 minute drive from Old town which was great! I wish I booked a longer stay.

This was a very nice, cozy studio apartment. Just 12 minutes from the Colorado Shoe School. I would highly recommend it, and would certainly stay there again!

Fort Collins Trip September 20,2021
Recently spent a week in Fort Collins. Our time at this location was excellent. This unit is as described in the listing. It is perfect for one or two people. The unit is clean and well appointed. The bed is very comfortable. It is in a very quiet development. We were a very short drive ( 5-10 minutes ) from Old Town, where there are great restaurants and shopping. The property manager Stacy, was wonderful and was quick to accommodate our need for two extra days. I would stay here again and highly recommend this property.

The studio is perfect for a couple but might be a bit cramped for a family of four with luggage. We had a minor issue with the dryer which was promptly resolved.
