Great Location

The location was perfect for what we needed.

The property had a bit of mould in some places. Could have had a bit more suitable lounge seating and the towels were adequate but old for the price paid for the stay

All around an awsome space if your not having to share it

I love the location, how it's hidden in the middle of auckland.

That it smelt musty n old like it hadn't been opened or used in years and The deco could do with a boost

Lovely place to stay

Owner was very helpful. Place is located very near to a supermarket, was very warm and comfy for our stay. Basic toiletries and amenities were provided which was very nice.

One of the beds felt a bit uncomfortable on one side. Was a bit lacking for entertainment during down times, but not too bad.

Very easy access, wheelchair friendly with a ramp to get inside

No milk for a hot drink , toothbrushes came in handy , no dryer but the clothes rack and washing line is right by the washing machine

Easy to get to. Close to shops etc clean and tidy

Place is rather basic and dated ( not a bad or good thing ) Beds was a bit hard for my liking

Great Place Overall

The house was large, beds were fantastic, very comfortable, decks were nice

There is an ant problem, there should be basic condiments in the kitchen (that's normal for a house rental like that) and if the owner is going to pop over they should never do that at the back door to the kitchen unannounced. It appeared he lived in the garage next to the house, which means he was there while we were, so you should know that ahead of time. If I were there alone, I would have been extremely uncomfortable

Lovely place to stay

Lovely large place. Quiet though close to busy road. Owner was there when we arrived and allowed us to use the garage to charge our electric car. Supermarket with fast charger fairly nearby (though didn't need to use the charger).

Kitchen was well equipped with stove, dishes, glasses, but limited cooking utensils. Bed had a couple of broken slats under the mattress, but was comfortable.

bathroom mould smell, toilet lid not stay up, ? how safe in that residential area surprised it was a house after booking and not aware/ sure of owner then returning late at night to other part of house. made me cautious of my safety.

Great place to relax

The house was nice and comfy. Shower was lovey, had good pressure. Place nice and clean. Plenty of parking. Nice and warm. Overall I had a very pleasant stay, nice and quiet.

If I had to say something it would be no milk or coffee but luckily I bought some before I got there. The neighbour in the brick house at the front was very abusive though they had nothing to do with the property. She must have had a bad day. We left her alone and drove off down the driveway to park. Didn't have a problem after that.

We enjoyed our stay but disappointed at the facility itself.

The house was standalone and carpeted which made it warm The location quiet. Heat pump and Smart TV was great. Bed was very comfortable. Lots of free parking. Steve was very responsive and friendly.

Cupboards were not cleaned out had all sorts thrown in them, no cleaning products for bathroom or toilet. The washing machine was on a deck outside connected by an electrical cord running from a garage through wet grass not very safe. Although there was a great kitchen there was no cooking utensils.

Spacious basic home for a family, central location, good parking

Lots of space for a family - huge loungeroom with big comfy couch, big bedrooms, plenty of parking, sunny outdoor area. Lovely, helpful host. Nice and warm (cosy carpeted loungeroom, good heat pump and oil heaters), nice Smart TV where you can use Netflix or log in to Disney+ etc

Kitchen gear very limited - needs some more basics (such as chopping board, tongs, spatula, decent sharp knives). Some products supplied, but also need antibacterial wipes and/or multipurpose spray for cleaning kitchen. Needs new sponges etc. Nice warm bedding but mattresses not great. A few areas to improve but overall happy with our stay and would return :)

This place was like being at home

The washing machine and powder, undercover washing line and airer, heaps of rubbish bins, spacious, lots of toilet paper, extra linen, air con, fan, close to all amenities, fenced off and Netflix
