The property is spacious, clean, with a functional kitchen, comfortable beds and everything working properly. Location was also good for my trip purposes. Parking in front of the house is quite easy.

Regina Surf House is in need of maintenance. The shower support is broken, so you've got to hold it while bathing. And the dishwashing machine is damaged on the exterior, giving the place poor impression. The path towards the house is somewhat dark, it'd be nice adding more light.

Wonderful location and mostly quiet. Very clean and comfortable for a night.

No corkscrew for wine! 😉

Perfect size. Had everything we needed.

It had a strong odor like mold.

Location was great, close to the ferry and had some great restaurants close by. Especially liked the restaurant Aquario, great food and good prices.

Could do with a fan in the apartment as it got very stuffy and had no mosquetto netting on the windows.

The location was not where we expected but Amorosa was fantastic, on the outskirts of Viana and very close to a beautiful beach! The house was huge! Much bigger than we expected and very well equipped, and the swimming pool amazing. The key drop-off was hassle free and quick and easy. We loved our stay and would very much like to come back in the future!

Some wear and tear on a few things, but all minor. Pillows and mattresses are not the most comfortable, for us at least.

Very nice large flat, good equipped, nece communication, we were very satisfied.

Shower has no doors, so water is in whole bathroom.

We chose a smaller house. Location, kitchen equipment was ok (outside the pan) but overall standard was unacceptable (musty smell & bathroom, wall in the one badroom). The host offered a bigger house for the same price, for which we thank you. He was better (kitchen, bedrooms, dinning room).

Garden (huge in bigger house), both houses, especially the smaller one, are old and neglected, complete makeshift. No one would like to enter the pool (especialy in the smaller house)- it is dirty, the mesh has a hole. The passage to the smaller one is under the windows of the larger house. The houses areas are seperated with the camouflage mesh - no privacy, ineffective and cheapest solution. Bathrooms from 20 years ago and maybe more. Photos are mixed of both houses. it is difficult to see the standard of everyone. Windows, doors broken & dirty. The smaller - musty smell is the worst (to a lesser extent, including kitchen cabinets & windows frame). No shower tray, only a curtain. It is pouring on the floor, ants in the cupboard. In the one bedroom plaster falls off the wall (leaks from the bathroom). The bigger - musty smell in the groud floor. Shower cubicle and bathtub put off - mega worn, fungus. The bedroom door slammed because the lock is broken. Keys hidden in strange places, nobody mentioned it. The window in the bigger living room deters, probably to the plants, but only concrete rubble is left. The house is large, many rooms could be great if someone took care of it, not only decorating with pillows and knick-knacks. In this time is not enough. If at least 10 people were to live there, 2 medium pots and 2 used pans would not be enough - but it is a trifle with other things. it does not have to be modern, but neat, cared for and that is missing.
