- We didn't like the fact that we agreed to meet at a certain time and the keys to the apartments were given to us much later. We had to wait in the cold with the children outside the house. There are no bed linen, towels, soap and toilet paper. I also didn't like that the guests have to clean the apartments themselves, vacuum, wash the toilet and bathroom, take out the garbage (far from the house) before giving the keys to the owner. The owners only give the keys to the guests, and the guests must do all the cleaning themselves. The shower and toilet are very small in size. The apartments are on the 3rd floor, there is no elevator. They give only 1 key to the apartment, it is uncomfortable when many people live there. It is worth changing the cushions on the kitchen chairs

Owner don’t speak any language and couldn’t explain where is key, the coordinates on booking are wrong. No beddings, no towels. Apartament was not clean and owner wrote sms - clean apartaments. IS IT NORMAL !?!?!?
