Es un buen sitio para descansar y conocer el lago Calima. La suite es muy cómoda y tiene un buen jacuzzi que se puede disfrutar en pareja o con amigos. Tiene buen servicio de internet.

El restaurante no ofrece gran variedad de alimentos y la cocina es la cocina de uso personal de los dueños. Las condiciones de la reserva cambian aunque diga que no paga por adelantado porque el dueño te solicita realizar el pago apenas confirmas la reserva y al solicitar pago con tarjeta te hace un recargo de hasta el 5%

El agua caliente en la habitación muy complejo si se habría para caliente salía muy calienta y trataba de arreglarla con la fría y ya no salia caliente y el tema de la facturación deberían ser más claros que al pedir factura había que pagar adicional el IVA dado que hoy día todo debe ser con factura y en bookin sale un valor muy diferente al que se termina pagando falta más señalizacion para la llegada.

The location is amazing. The facilities are beautiful and comfortable, they are like brand new. it’s really peaceful it’s a place to disconnect from the daily routine

Everything was good

The place is new and I found it very overpriced, there is no value for the money. There is almost none personnel, none phones in the rooms and when you ask for something it feels that you are asking for favor, rather than a service you paid (super overpriced) Barely you find someone at the front desk. The jacuzzi’s hot water works by small batterie so be prepared to wait one hour or so to be able to use, but this could have been okay if we receive proper help, you have to check it constantly yourself. Initially, jacuzzi was not working and we could not find anyone to help after half an hour later! This place is also very far from the lake, then if you are there for kitesurfing it takes 30 mins to arrive to the desired spot. Because of these reasons I would not recommend. You cannot ask your customers to pay as they do in recognize hotels, the service is not up to standards.

The place is amazing, clean, comfortable, amazing view, romantic. The breakfast was delicious and the variety and good taste for lunch and dinner really stands out. Excellent!
