Beautiful place in a very quite place, just by the lake, with beautiful view from the room and terrace. Extremely warm and welcoming hosts and very nice breakfast. Definitely recommend it

Niezapomiany widok i fantastyczny obiekt

Obiekt trochę oddalony od głównych /komercyjnych/ atrakcji nadbrzeża jeziora, ale nam o to chodziło cisza i spokój ,super gospodarze czystość w obiekcie bardzo dobre wi-fi oraz niesamowity widok z balkonu dopełniony bardzo dobrym śniadaniem na tarasie coż można chcieć więcej .Polecam

Miren pocitek

Zelo prijazen gostitelj, cista lepo urejena soba, kontinentalni zajtrk na terasi s cudovitim razgledom na jezero. Zasebno dvorisce s parkingom.

Lokacija je precej iddaljena od središča, trgovino smo se peljali... Je pa to posvoje prednost ker je ponoci mir.

سيء جدا في المعاملة من قبل صاحب الفندق .وغير محترم .ولا يوجد تلفاز مع العلم انهم كاتبين في الوصف يوجد تلفاز . الغرفة اقل من عادي ومليئة بالحشرات . مكان الفندق مختلف عن ماهو في الخريطة . الفطور سيئ جدا ولا يوجد منظر خلاب سوى النهر من بعيد والشرفة يوجد تحتها نفايات .المكان موحش وفي الليل ظلام دامس ولا يوجد بجانبك خدمات كل الذي كتبته مثبت بصور انا صورتها

Zdecydowanie warto

Pokój ma przepiękny widok z balkonu. Do plazy jest około 1 minuta. Śniadania są również z widokiem, są smaczne - jajka sadzone, warzywa, pieczywo, ser feta, kawa/cappucino, woda i sok. Pokój był ładnie urządzony i przestronny, łóżko duże i wygodne. Mięciutkie ręczniki i pościel. Był dostępny netflix. Z racji na naszą chorobę właściciel pozwolił nam zostać dłużej w innym pokoju bez dodatkowej opłaty. Zatrulismy się niestety w jednej z okolicznych tawern.

Nad ranem gruchające dość glosno gołębie na balkonie około 5/6 rano. Pani tam pracująca, która nie rozumiala słowa po angielsku.

Beautiful view of the sunrise, great location on the lake

The location near the lake is perfect, great views of the sunrise and of the lake in general. Short 5 minute walk down to the lake shore, a beach is nearby as well.

Lovely quiet place right on lake edge

If you want to be away from the city and it a quiet spot by the lake this is perfect. The owner did us a huge favour when our booked driver didn't show at 6am..He gave us a lift to the main bus station so we could get our bus to Komani lake. Otherwise we would have missed it

Generally communication with staff could be better ( the Dad was great though). Breakfast variable No lights in ensuite which was strange considering

Perfect!

We arrived really really late (at 03:00 am in the morning) but the host welcomed us with a smile and helped us a lot. He is such a nice guy and he made us feel like we’re in our own home. Breakfast was nice and coffee was delicious. We definitely recommend this place!!

Disappointed and expecting more

The view was beautiful from the balcony but that was the only thing that was enjoyable besides breakfast in the morning.

The bathroom was full of dead bugs and I wasn’t given enough toilet paper. It was late at night so I couldn’t get more until the morning because nobody was up. I thought the staff was rude besides the man that served breakfast, he was very kind. In the bedroom I only had a sheet to sleep with, no blanket was given even though the room was cool at night. This hotel wasn’t horrible but it’s not as nice as the reviews make it out to be.

The view is worth to see and stay

The rooms are ok, but the view from the house is amazing, the room where we stayed had a garden instead of balcony and we were able to spend time there. There are places to swim in the lake near to the Bella Vista.

There is no possible transportation for Bella Vista. You can reach with your private car or taxi.

Exceptional

It was soo cute and clean. View from our balcony was unbelievably beautiful. Owner was very nice. Breakfast was omelette with cheese and veggies (so good). I wish we stayed few mor days. I recommend it sincerely🌷

Beautiful location and the view for sunset was amazing. There is a beach nearby. We could see horses and goats on the mountaines. Hosts are very kind.

Nice and clean place, but a bit noisy

The room was clean and in very good state, it had a private balcony with amazing view of the lake, the staff was very nice and the breakfast was okay. Overall it was good for its value and I think I'd stay here again if we came back.

We were unlucky and stayed at the same time as a group of young people that wouldn't stop going up and down the stairs, and they spoke a little too loudly. Also there was some kind of problem with the water pipes' pressure because every time someone used the water (in any room) there was a whistle, so overall too much noise for our liking but definitely worth the value.

The view Very calm area Breakfast Acces to the sea

Hot water didn't work, we had to ask to fix it everytime we took a shower. Communcation (in English) was not easy. It was very bright in our room, because of a flashing light from the front door. No possibilities to darken the room.

A perfect place for a calm escape.

I loved the place, the cleanliness, the staff, breakfast was really good. The view from the balcony is exceptional! I would come back and recommend to other people!

I would suggest that the room had a mini fridge.

Simply delightful

Amazing location by the lake and breakfast al fresco. Facilities were abundant in common areas and we were made welcome to use them.

The shower didn’t have hot water but we didn’t mind as it was hot or ask about it, perhaps there was an easy solution.

Peaceful Location and good breakfast

It was very clean, good lake view and good breakfast. We arrived around 9pm and they welcomed us. Room was clean and nice. Location is very quiet and silent, if you need peace, it is totally recommended. Breakfast was nice, they serve espresso :)

Staff dont speak english very well, but they were doing their best. There is not a proper seperation between shower area and toilet so all water goes to toilet area when you are having a shower. Road to the property is very narrow but it is all ok.

Exactly what we are looking for

The location is perfect if you are looking for a quiet place. There are enough good restaurants around and very low traffic. The view is just amazing.

If I have to make a complete review I would only say that the breakfast was not really of our taste. But it seems to be the typical Albanian breakfast and we are simply use to something else.

We liked it very much there

We would like to thank you again for the nice stay there. Also thanks again to the woman for washing our things. We liked it very much there. We'll come back there sometime. The lake is very beautiful and there is a nice beach in Velipoja on the Mediterranean Sea, this town is not that far away from this house.
