Spotlessly clean

Very basic; but typical of French accommodate- rarely see coffee/tea making facilities

We chose this hotel because we came with a late train and wanted a hotel near the train station. On arrival we were welcomed by the very nice staff. We had paid for a room without private bathroom so we were very happy when we discovered that we had been upgraded to one with a newly renovated bathroom. Well worth the money.

The hotel is simple and doesn’t serve breakfast so perhaps not something for a long stay but in our case we wanted somewhere to stay to sleep a couple of hours before travelling again and for that purpose it is perfect.

Booked this as a budget break to Beziers. The accommodation was in a great location in the city, 3 minutes walk from the Train/Bus Station. Walking distance to Allées Paul Riquet" via the park or walking up the road or the Cathedral. Staff very friendly and had excellent English I had an on suite room and there was air conditioning ( which was very appreciated in the July heat). The room was a good size, spotless clean ( and the Bathroom was spotless as well) and the bed was comfortable. This accommodation met all my requirements for this break

I would not mark the hotel down for this more of FYI, there is no lift as it is a older building.

This is a property under new management, the owner bought a very run down hotel that had been closed for quite some time. It is clear that there is still a lot of work to be done but the owner is obviously determined to put in the required effort to bring this up to a modern condition.

Staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful pointing out local amenities.

Abib's friendly welcome and helpful attitude was just what I needed after a day cycling. And as a cyclist, I valued the secure indoor storage for my bike. Restaurants for dinner were within a few minutes walking distance - the Thai/Laos restaurant I went to was excellent - and you can buy a range of breakfast options - including good coffee and friendly service - at Tanit itself.

Balcony could have been cleaner.

The hosts are amazing, incredibly helpful, caring and welcoming. The property is located near the amazing city center, you can easily reach the old town by foot, very convenient.
