The appartment is lovely, nice shower, kitchen and decorations, clean and tidy. Has all the facilities you need. Battery's were dead on the TV control, by 9am in the morning, new batteries were provided by the owners.

The double beds, the rear bedroom mattress is awful, we had backache in the morning, it slumps in the middle. We hoped on our second night the ther bed would be, it was but jus ta little. Its a real shame, if the mattresses were good we'd have given this place 10/10. The beds are clean and have lovely duvets and sheets, just a real shame about the mattresses.

Free Parking. The rooms were spacious and decor looked nice. Shower and bathroom facilities were a good standard, except for the sink as it did not drain very well. The TV was working and could view Netflix via our account and other freeview channels. Sanjay was quick to respond when I couldn't locate the key code details.

The stairs needed a proper clean with a vaccum cleaner and cupboards needed dusting. We had to descale the kettle ourselves as it was thick with limescale. The freezer needed defrosting as the top drawer would not open. One of the shelves in the fridge needs replacing. Only 2 cerael bowls were available. Coffee machine didn't seem to work and the pods were all empty. The toaster was a bit small as our M&S sliced bread would not fit properly. Bad quality bed mattresses which meant sleeping was a bit uncomfortable. External windows need cleaning, although the view was not the best, it would have been improved by a regular window cleaner. Other occupants in the apartment block were smoking weed.

No plug sockets in useable spaces in the bedroom all behind wardrobe. No mirror in the bathroom for shaving. Very bad mattresses in main bedroom. Dirty towel left in wardrobe from previous occupant, hairs on the duvet and cobweb above headboard so could have been cleaner. You are made to pay a damage waiver without seeing the property beforehand which had broken handle on the chest of drawers and numerous marks on the wall.

It was ideally located for us and was clean upon arrival

The beds (especially the sofa bed) we’re all very uncomfortable. The main bedrooms bed had a huge dip in the middle which made it almost impossible for 2 people to share it. The sofa and sofa bed were also poor. The lights in the hallway, flicker on and off all the time without anyone being in the room. We also had someone shouting and banging on the door in the middle of the night, trying the door handle. All in all, didn’t feel very comfortable and wasn’t able to fully relax.

Spotlessly clean throughout the property. Nice to have free WiFi, a washing machine & a coffee maker!

Uncomfortable mattresses.

Great location as we were attending a wedding nearby. Very easy to find.

Beds were not too comfortable but OK for a 2 night stay. WiFi didn't work.
