Whole facility is kind of dark.

Staff is super friendly and location is perfect. It's a small walk from the trainstation and to city centre. The beds are also nice and room is okay
It's was very loud in the hostel and bad isolated. My room was next to the toilet and we could here everything from the toilet. The rooms where not very good isolated.

- Staff are super friendly.
- Very clean and neat
- Central location (5-6 mins walk from Central)
- free coffee & tea
- really comfortable mattress
I hope toilet papers are refilled frequently.
After one night, there were no toilet papers in the toilets.

The staff are phenomenal and helpful
The infrastructure is lacking. For example there is no lift or elevator. No attached bathrooms etc.

We arrived with the bikes and were able to safely store them in the hostel for our entire stay. In addition, it was no problem at all to subsequently adjust the room occupancy again. Even a booked breakfast we could cancel again without much effort. Overall, we have really experienced a lot of flexibility, friendliness and accommodation, so again a big thank you!
A shelf would have been handy.

The location is amazing, the staff perfect, is a really good place to enjoy Leuven.
The only thing is that the bed wasn’t really comfortable.

Room and facilities were nice, price/quality is great!
It would be nice if the staff would speak basic Dutch or at least tried to. The halls of the hostel could use some tapestry to help reduce echo and loudness.

The common area is nice and big, with kitchen tables and a big sofa. Also small terrace outside, easy check-in/check-out.
- no curtains on beds in shared rooms, it's really an easy thing to do which would improve experience much more
- no electricity sockets for top bunk beds
- no place in the room to store your stuff, there a lot of space under beds - why not to use it to put some boxes at least there so everyone will have some space to keep clothes etc., for now only place you can keep your staff on is your bed or floor
- no lights for beds, if you would like to read at night

Location
No private toilet and shower
I could not sleep at all as people were continously using the two toilets that were just outsite my room even at late night.
At some time there was not even toilet paper in the toilets

Perfect location close to main interest points. A big living room and kitchen. Possibility to leave the luggage after check-out. Coffee and tea available, even if you don't buy the breakfast.
One of the toillets' door did not close.

The location is good, reasonable walking distance to the train station, as well as the main sights, restos, cafes, etc. The room was clean, bed was very comfy. The communal living room has plenty of space to sit or work. Good wifi. Kitchen was complete: fridge, dishwasher, water boiler, stove (though we did not use it). There is also a pantry where guests can leave or take or share food items, and coffee was also available.
We stayed in a Double Room. Watch out because while on top of the room description you can read "Shower" and "Toilet", it doesn't clarify that these are actually shared showers and toilets. "Shared bathroom" is also there but it is further down the listed description and so there is some ambiguity here about how the facilities are represented. I was thus expecting our own toilet and shower, but then I was told that because it has "hostel" in its name I can't expect to have an ensuite bathroom (though I've stayed in a few places with "hostel" in the name that also have ensuite options). So that was unfortunately unexpected.
Also the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night (but no fire) and it took a while for staff to arrive and sort it out because there is no reception at night. The next day the staff explained the situation which was good, and at least the fire alarm was working.

Very nice and clean room with a friendly and informative receptionist (especially Kamila). I would book again on my next visit to Leuven.

Great location, good daily rate, nice shower, warm place
No plug near the bed, no privacy, beds really close to each other, bed in dangerous position, no hair drier
10.0
a nice hostel, great location, friendly stuff
I was missing a plug next to my bed (could not charge my phone at night so that it could be close or next to me), the lower bed of the bunk bed does not have enough space to sit on the bed

Very friendly and welcoming staff! The hostel is within 10min walking distance from the main station, and close to the lively center. There's a spacious common room and fully equipped kitchen. A hand towel was provided, and our room was acceptably clean.
There seem to be two shower-areas, but only one of them was available. Thus all hostel guests had to share four showers, which lead to a small queue in the morning.
This may be depending on the guests, but during the nights we were there, there was regular slamming of doors and loud chatting on the hallway. Earplugs help and are recommended! All in all, nothing unexpected if you choose to stay at a hostel, though :)
