Lovely decor, very clean and comfortable home with fully equipped kitchen. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Walls are slightly thin. Not a problem unless you have a young baby.

I booked a weekend away as a birthday present for my husband..Was a cold evening when we arrived(end of November) and as soon as we stepped in the appartment was so nice and warm, really lovely feeling, was very clean and all you needed was in there, Nick and Hayley really know how to look into details, but what really surprised me was how lovely was the kids room with all those kids book and all the board games, my son loved it! He is 5 years old and he didn't want to go back home. They really made this stay so special, a birthday wish card was on the table when we arrived and a welcome card too..very nice! I really have nothing but positive feedback for this place! We were very happy about it and was actually very sad to leave..a weekend is too short, but was good to have a break from the routine..the weather wasn't great as it was raining but Nick and Hayley had no power on that!! thanks so much guys, we will definelly raccomand this or come back if possible!!

A teapot would have been useful. There is no shaver socket in the bathroom.

The location was great and the location was very attractive. The hosts were very helpful and gracious.

The beds in our son's room were fairly small. Didn't realize that room would be for younger kids.

It's located at a convenient location for a family with kids, close to the actions, shops and restaurants and away from the noise. The house is nicely decorated, fully furnished. Being able to have breakfast before leaving the house, and washing the clothes after a day at the beach is so important to a holiday over a few days. I was surprised to find a lot of little things - those you don't normally pack, like sponges for the bath, washing up liquid, etc. - to make our stay a lot easier

The master bedroom has clean sheets and they smell really nice. I think the bedding of the bunk bed were not as fresh, probably a small neglect. We washed and dried them the next day before using again. We're not unhappy about it and are sure that there are clean sheets about if we looked. but think this is something that can be improved on.

The location was perfect as it was very quiet. Just a 15 minute walk or 4 minute car drive to Broadstairs centre. The property was lovely, clean and had everything you could need.
