The apartment was very cozy , tastefully furnished, very clean , well equipped to cook too by using electric stove and oven . There was also a balcony with chairs , tv and a nice sofa. Bed was comfortable. The apartment is really ideal to visit the city. Quartier is calm and safe during the night. Checkin was semiautomatic with keybox and code given by the host, to take key and badge, on phone/email and wifi given in person by the host while checkout was automatic with similar procedure. Host was very reactif. Supermarket near the building and apartment is just 15 minutes on walk to city center. There are plenty of free parking behind and in front of the building. Wifi was working well.

Overall the experience was pretty good but i did not like 2 things: the window in front of the bed had not shutter/curtain and then during the night there was an artificial light coming from the road so i had some problems to sleep and i also wake up early with light of the sun. Suggestion for the host is to put a curtain like for the other window in the apartment. I think it is a simple thing to fix that could improve the guest experience. I also did not like the fact that host asked politely by email if i could remove the sheets before leaving: honestly it was the first time that happened to me. It was not an obligation(i did it anyway but i was hesitating) of course but the request was strange to me: this kind of service normally is done by the host not the guest.

Well equipped facilities

Bad smell. When entered the room, there was a bad smell like feet. I know it's not because of dirty stuff, but because the duvet has not been dried thoroughly. The air circulation is not very good, an exhaust fan should be in the bathroom

Nothing. The position was ok, but I would not recommend this place.

The house was dirty (hair everywhere) and there was no hot water. it was not possible to turn off the AC since there was no remote, it was freezing inside. Check-in and out was zero flexible because the host has some automatic code change keybox.

It was easy to find - about 20 mins walk from City Centre. Supermarket and bars very close. Quiet - at the end of an upper balcony in a courtyard with friendly neighbours.

It took a while to understand the induction hob and I didn't see a control for the Air Conditioning: though both worked fine. Perhaps have a laminate with instructions

A solid 10 minute walk into the city centre, 20-25 to the train station and Jardins on the other side of the city, not necessarily a major negative however as the walk was pleasant and the area felt safe. Slight smell coming from bathroom
