部屋の広さは、グッド。

先ず、部屋の暗証番号が、メールで来たが、違ってました。 電話して確認をする事になった。 ベッドが大分傷んでいる感じ。

部屋は広めでダイニングテーブルもあり、ベッドマットも柔らかく寝心地は良かったです。

トイレとバスが一緒で使いにくい。シャワーの水圧が弱くチョロチョロしか出ない。埃が目立つ。清掃が行き届いていない。連泊だとタオルやシーツ交換もない。10日前に予約入れたのに、当日電話で問い合わせしたら予約が入ってないと言われ数時間後にやっとチェックイン出来た。対応が遅すぎる。

博多駅から近くて移動するのに不便無かったです。

エアコン、換気扇が汚かったので掃除してほしい。 タオルやシャンプー・リン・ボディソープはあったが、歯ブラシがなかったので無いならないで注意事項として書いていて欲しかった。

Horrible experience, just glad that I did not stayed long. Can't recommend anyone to stay here. please reconsider before booking this property! The entrance is dusty and looks like a place dumped for a while, and we aware there were some renovation ongoing so there were dusts and smell inside the building. I did not receive any check-in info beforehand so I looked for the check-in counter on every floor, while there were no directions at all. I am not able to find any counter or staff, so I tried to phone them, there were at least 3 different numbers and none of them answered the call. After trying for a couple calls, finally someone can't speak in English answered the call and gave the phone to another staff who speaks English. Turns out they told us the property was self check-in, and claim that the check-in info was sent to me already, just there might be technical issues so that I did not receive that message on booking.com. After the check-in struggle of more than half an hour, we finally get in the room and here comes the nightmare. There were many traces that the room was lived in, dirty floor, things are dusty, some fixtures and equipments are not in working order, the bathroom is not cleaned and water stains everywhere, the beds seems tidy but the sheets are dirty (photos attached). This is just way off the standard, we wasn't expecting something hotel standard, but the bottom line is at lease clean up everything before the next guest coming in. Since the room condition is totally unacceptable, we phone again to request swapping to another room. In the first call, they claimed no room is avaliable and no solution was given to us at all. So we end the call and discuss what to do next, we decided to call and bargain again, this time they agree to offer another room on another floor. The condition of the new room they offered is just slightly better, since it is getting late at that time so we decided to swap room and do the cleaning ourselves.

The space is big

4 out of 6 chairs are broken, the Wifi never works even I asked the staff to fix it.
