great place great activities to do. staff just need to clean location better

best option I found in the area

Very comfortable rooms and the hotel. I wish there were more hotels like this one in the US.

Jackson city is not the nicest place to visit, although the hotel is located in a new and pretty nice place.

Truly amazing!

The breakfast was very delightful for my family and I. The decor, inside and out was so amazing and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay to the upmost. The one thing I truly admired the most was my husband talked about the private room where our children were separate from us , meaning we had a door to our master room. We had an amazing time.

Cleaning our room on a daily basis when we called and asked for it to be put on daily cleaning. We were a family of four and that should have not been overlooked. We were in room 522- Housekeeping needs to vacuum under the pull out bed that's in the living room. Their are M&M's candy that has been overlooked when we opened the bed upon our arrival. The mirror that's in the hallway was not cleaned as well. I'm a supervisor in commercial properties in Florida, so I can see when someone has not done a good job, or doesn't look back at their work.

Everything about the hotel, once we got past booking.com's horroble customer service was top notch. I gave them all 10's and have never donebthat before. Not one thing was even a tiny bit bad and clean exceeded my picky standards. Staff was great and ammenities well planned and placed. The coffee in room and at the breakfast bar was truly good coffee. I seldom drink coffee at a hotel. We had to leave by 6 30 so did not try their breakfast but based on every other detail, i am sure it was excellent.

The only thing wrong was wrong was that our reservation was not in place and customer service at booking.com is beyond horrible. Their number is pretty much hidden. Then you wait on hold for long periods of time for someone who only has standard responses in their vocabulary. I lost my 10% bonus as a result if them botching things and because it was outside of the language box, I could not even get it addressed. The hotel, however stepped up to the plate and took care of us when boking.com would not. Just in case the customer service number is: 888 850 3958. Good luck if you ever need it

Really loved the hotel and everyone was really nice. Breakfast just needs to be continually stocked

Great layout for the room.

The Breakfast could of been better. We arrived at 9:30am and found little food left. Not a lot of bacon or eggs. When I asked the attendant for more hot scrambled eggs he tried to convince me that the few cold leftover scrambled eggs were new but they were not. He finally made more but we shouldn’t have to wait 15 min. Very nice guy but seemed to talk more than work. Not a lot of choices, I give it a C-.

Extremely nice, clean hotel with great amenities!

The Marriott is wonderful and Residence Inn by Marriott is my favorite. This hotel had everything I want in a hotel (Residence Inn usually does). They had a nice walk in shower, streaming options on tv, an ice machine on the floor I stayed on, my room was very clean, lots of space in my room, plenty of electrical outlets and charging ports, all appliances looked nearly brand new, a wonderful free breakfast (they even had bacon which is extremely rare for any hotel), a nice looking lobby, a beautiful fireplace outdoors and indoors, a waterfall pool, nice employees. I’ve been to many Residence Inn hotels and haven’t found one as nice as the one back home in OKC…until now. This one in Pearl, MS may have beat the one back home by just a little bit because it seemed VERY newly renovated.
