Within walking distance of Pompeii ruins site. Big bathroom, large bedroom. Nice kitchen, good breakfast. Safe location. Excellent restaurant within 5 minutes walking distance.

The house has two flights of stairs so guests need to be prepared for that.

The pool was amazing!! Really beautiful property and great location.

It wasn't made clear that this is shared accommodation, breakfast requirements could have been communicated more accurately.

Nice clean hotel, with pleasant staff, loved the pool after a long day of driving.

Our hostess stayed up until past midnight, because there was an electric fault at Naples station and our train was very, very late. And got up the next morning to have our lovely breakfast on the terrace ready at 8 o'clock so we could be at Pompeii ruins early. Everything was super clean and modern. The bathroom was huge and elegant. We did not have a car so she went out to get us pizza and wine in the evening.

Our host was fantastic and the villa was way better then we expected. The host has spent significant money to improve the villa and the pool was exactly what we needed after a long day of touring Pompeii ruins. Only a 10 minute walk to ruins and short drive to town centre. The town centre was also better then expected. Antonella provided a fantastic breakfast and was very accomodating.

It’s beautiful and very convenient! Parking inside the beautiful property, a nice walk to Pompeii archaeology park. The host was super nice!

Although Antonella shopped specifically to meet our dietary requirements (one vegan and one non dairy) the breakfast choice was not great. There could have been more fruit, muesli and bread. But she did make a big effort which we appreciated. We had the first floor room which is really big, new and bright, fresh and clean. The bathroom is a designer room and first class. Hot water always available. For 2 of our three nights we were alone and had exclusive use of the lounge and dining room. Everything new and clean. There is a good open outlook from the site above most of the neighbourhood. The pool was too cold for us but will warm up as the season goes ahead. But we sat out in the new loungers etc. Swimming towels were included. It is really close to the Railway station which is at the very gates of the ruined city. It is quite a long walk to the new city centre but we did it every day without any bother, even after we had spent the whole day walking the ruins. Antonella did breakfast for us at 06.30 on our last morning and then ran us to the station, ensuring we got the early train to let us get a 10.55 flight from Naples Airport which we managed very easily.

There was a rather annoying dog in the neighbourhood which woke us with its bark. But this is likely to stop as the neighbour is aware of the problem.

Fantastic property, immaculately clean. Lovely communal space which was like our own living/dining /kitchen as no other guests used it. Terraces all round property. Spa bath and amaxing shower. Fab cooked breakfast (choice of sweet or savoury). 8 mins walk from Villa dei Misterie , Pompei entrance.
