The rooms are so tiny like match box. Even the bathroom. Doesn't justify the cost of the room

The property was amazing,hospitality was nice and quality of food was excellent.Overall we had an amazing stay as the beach was also very near to the property and swimming pool was also nice.

It's truly disappointing when a seemingly flawless experience is ruined by such an unfortunate incident. Despite an otherwise pleasant stay, the drop-off service to the airport left much to be desired. As part of our package, we expected a seamless transition from the hotel to the airport, yet we were unexpectedly asked for payment upon arrival by the driver. Upon contacting the hotel for clarification, our concerns were met with a frustrating series of unanswered calls and apparent disregard as when the hotel picked up the call they did not reply properly and hung up the call and did not answer any calls from that number.Even more perplexing was the driver's claim of not having the hotel's contact information, despite being arranged directly by them and he refused to call hotel for clarification. After persistent attempts, we could finally contact the hotel from an alternate number,Then finally they agreed that payment is on them. This unnecessary delay not only inconvenienced us but also tarnished the otherwise commendable reputation of what is supposed to be a 4.6-star establishment.

I didn’t like this property at all.

I have stayed at other 4 and 3 star property and the facilities they provide are excellent. 1. Not very welcoming at the reception. Very cold behaviour. 2. My phone and tv wasn’t working in the room and even after asking for a fix the lady whom I spoke to was not so concerned to have our issues resolved. She could hardly understand what we requested for ( she wasn’t able to respond in Hindi nor English) was tough for us to converse. 3. One of the rooms we booked was a bit stinky. 4. For the price, room size is very small 5. It’s said on site 2 mins walkable distance to the beach but it isn’t. Overall wasn’t as expected and poor service.

Nothing to dislike

Very good location, 10 minute walk to the beach. Very nice layout of the hotel, and a lovely big pool! We liked the big open reception area where guests were chilling out. Super breakfast. We were leaving very early in the morning and hotel packed some sandwiches and snacks for our journey which was a lovely gesture.

The rooms are extremely small and you are living out of your suitcase, not a lot of room to move and very small bathrooms. Hardly anywhere to put your toiletries or anything else. We had expected more as it was a Marriott hotel but we were quite disappointed. I complained about the pool as it was very cloudy and there was green moss on the pool tiles. I told that I didn’t feel safe to swim in it, the hotel started the cleaning process within a couple of days, it made it worse, I didn’t swim in it, don’t know what happened after as our week was over.

Прожили 8 прекрасных дней в отеле и с теплом вспоминаем это время. Приехали раннем утром, персонал встретил с прохладительными напитками и сразу отвёл в номер (без дополнительной оплаты!), но вид из номера не очень понравился, поэтому попросили заменить, показав на телефоне фото и эта просьба без лишних вопросов была выполнена. Уборка качественная, обновление гигиенических принадлежностей ежедневно, номер не большой, но все в хорошем состоянии. Питание полупансион по системе шведский стол : завтрак ( индийские блюда, вафли и панкейки, сосиски, яйца, фрукты, все стандартно, на ужин всегда гриль (курица, рыба, сыр, ананас), карри (овощи, рыба, курица), салаты и вкуснейшие десерты, но : на завтра есть фрукты, но нет свежих овощей, на ужине наоборот. Территория не большая, но очень зелёная, бассейн чистый, возле него бар с закусками и напитками (цены как в кафе на пляже). Отель расположен в тихом и спокойном месте, до моря 5 мин, пляж широкий и не многолюдный. Отдельная благодарность сотрудникам отеля, с каким теплом и заботой они относятся к каждому гостю, как быстро они выполняют все просьбы, всегда с улыбкой и в прекрасном настроении! Очень рады что провели свой отпуск в Fairfield 🧡
