Great views over Picton and inner marina. Excellent range of kitchen utensils and glasses. Huge kitchen space and additional pantry area with sink. Great parking and easy access to Picton by foot. Outdoor furniture on deck. Ensuite with shelves for luggage. Lots of spare pillows and bedding. Great water pressure in shower.
We paid for a 2 room apartment because my husband has back problems at night. However we weren't allowed access to the extra bedroom downstairs despite having paid for it so my husband slept on the couch for part of each night. If booking, make sure you ring first and talk this through if you are only booking for two. Access to the downstairs hallway light switch is impeded by a large pot of dried plants. The full length glass panel next to the front door has no safety markings and is a safety hazard. No shampoo or conditioner in shower. The was a queen bed in a room that could easily have fitted a king. The kitchen and coffee table had ample surfaces for placing small items but everything else was slightly over decorated including the dining table.

It was beautifully furnished, comfortable and with an excellent view across the Marina. Facilities were excellent and it was wonderful to have access to a washing machine and drying facilities as we are on a long vacation. The owner lives next door and was very helpful on arrival. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Stunning views of Picton marina. Super clean, modern, spacious townhouse and very well equipped. Great welcome from hosts.
Upstairs very hot in the evening, black out blinds keep heat in and airflow out, best change to breathable sun blind in main bedroom and curtains so when windows open at night fresh air can flow in.

Beautifully furnished, perfect location, and gorgeous views. Honestly, it's the best holiday home we have stayed in. Everything is a short walk away. And the house is amazing.

The property is outstanding, almost brand new, spacious, modern and very well equipped. The location is ideal, overlooking the Picton Marina and just a few minutes from the ferry terminal but very quiet. Picton is an interesting town with more going on than we had anticipated. There are also a lot of water based activities (we took the Pelorous Sound mail boat - recommended) and it's within easy reach of Blenheim and many very good wineries. We particularly liked the Saint Clair winery. Blenheim also has the Omaka historic aircraft centre which is a fascinating day out.

The apartment was extremely well equipped and quite large. All the appliances were brand new, and the hosts had ensured that all instruction manuals for the electrical equipment were easy to access. The apartment was not located in the actual town centre which was a positive as it was very quiet, but was only a five minute walk through the marina to the town centre. There was ample parking space and there were a host of walking trails on the doorstep.
We couldn't get the smart television to work very well, so in the end we just enjoyed the peace and quiet, reading books instead.

I loved the place, warm, bright spacious. We spent a few days here and got to totally relax and distress from a busy year in hospitality!

We had the pleasure of staying in this stunning apartment in Picton. The space is impressively spacious, spotless, and with direct views of the Marina. We also loved the marine-themed decor.
The bathroom facilities are top-notch, contributing to an overall feeling of comfort and luxury. At the end of a very long day travelling, we sunk into the super comfy bed, which provided a super restful night before the big ferry trip and it felt like a little holiday instead of a transit night. The apartment's prime location also meant that it is convenient and easy to get to.
The apartment is a delight and the hosts are fantastic.

Superb location with very nice views over the marina & a short easy scenic walk to town.
A Bluetooth speaker or stereo to play music would be a welcome additional touch. Otherwise perfect in every way.

Modern and spacious (like huge!) with excellent facilities (washing machine, dryer, smart TV, umbrella etc).
5minute walk across to main restaurants and shops.
Fred was a great host suggesting activities to do and restaurants in the area.

A stunning spacious apartment with views over the marina to the town. Maybe a ten minute walk along the boardwalk. The apartment was upstairs, but a second bedroom and bathroom is available downstairs if a family group or friends are travelling with you.
The wifi was slow - but then so was data on my phone so it might be a pocket in town which suffers from poor connectivity. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Wow. This property is presented to the highest standard. Exceptionally equipped and spotless. The view overlooking the marina was fantastic. It was a short and very pleasant walk into the centre of Picton. There are also a number of other walks that are very easy to get to from this property. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is perfect. It’s definitely a 5 star accommodation. Situated near the waterfront within a short walk to everything. Fred is a great host and couldn’t do enough for us. We wish we could have stayed longer.
