Price was good. Bed was ok. Staff was friendly. WiFi was included.

Location that's it!!!!
First the dead cock roaches at the door second the dirt in the corners next the strained towels and next the dirty mirror and last the stained furniture.

The staff was very apologetic for the condition of the motel. They gave us a full refund
Everything. Lobby smelt of smoke. Room was very dirty. Nothing has been cleaned in months then the cockroaches appeared. The chair in the corner should have been in the garbage. We left within 2 hours of being there. Don’t go there!!!

We didn’t stay. Room hadn’t been cleaned. Equipment and toilet brush left in room. Toilet not cleaned. We Saw a cockroach that my husband killed . Asked for another room. We wereTold no other room available. Will not refund money. We didn’t stay.

So the location was awkward to get to and it didn’t look anything like the photo (a lot more run down). The staff was not rude but not professional very disheveled looked almost homeless there is also a crappy no refunds sign scribbled in sharpie on the counter… upon entering the horribly dusty dirty room and the first thing I noticed was the smell the fridge didn’t work and was also grime/ disgusting coffee maker looked like they pulled it out of the dumpster of a motel 6. It was a non smoking room that reeked of cigarettes the carpet was so filthy I didn’t even take my shoes off not vacuumed and there were dead crickets in every drawer and all over the floor I didn’t even get into the bed I laid down one of my personal blankets and tried to sleep on that lumpy hard mattress I left after 6 hours extremely tired and disappointed that place needs to be condemned

Price, first motel under $50 I have seen in a long time.
Location was fairly easy access off the interstate.
No hot water, hairs in bed and obvious the sheets had not been changed. Our non-smoking room smelled like smoke, even soaked into pillow and sheets.
Room had not been vacuumed well bc dirt was piled against bed frame.

Hotel looked like it hasn't been clean in a year. dead crickets everywhere inside. toilet bowl & mirror was still dirty. nothing worked in two rooms, after been change twice. Had to leave for another hotel after the first night.

No breakfast. Location near on ramp to I-40
Could not give immediate cash receipt at check-in (broken printer). Clerk seemed surprised we had reservation. No ice (broken ice machine) No hot water for shower. AC front falling off - did not cool the entire room since blowing right into one bed at mattress top level. Dank musty smell. Dead bugs on floor. Old gas station sandwich in refrigerator that did not function properly.

If your traveling on a budget good place to stay.Pet friendly not every place accepts dogs. Large room.Have stayed there before on a number of occasions.we’re only there for the night don’t expect a breakfast.Always on the road before daybreak.
Could use more attention on up keep in room.In time things will get better.

Great desk staff. Excellent location, especially if you're westbound on I-40. Great parking. DirecTV was decent. No bed bugs.
Just about everything is broken, threadbare and/or really, really, inexcusably dirty. I understand worn at this price, but things weren't even wiped down. Crumbs on carpet. Food smeared in fridge. Blood spot on sheets. And only God knows what was on the upholstered chair in the corner. Very skittish internet.

They are dog friendly. Price was right when traveling on a budget. There just for the night gone early in the morning.

Front desk people were friendly and helpful. Air-conditioning was great. Room was clean . Plenty of towels and toilet paper. I was allowed to check in early, a big plus for me. There was excellent desk space and chair.
It was difficult to get hot water. There were only plastic cups for coffee. The TV did not work, there were no instructions on how to use the satellite TV, nor was there a remote for the receiver. The receiver was not even plugged in, I still got no signal after plugging it in. The WIFI was weak but useable. The refrigerator did not work , but it was quickly replaced by the manager. No ice was available.

Lovely place, clean comfortable rooms. Comfy beds , good cable and rooms are pretty big for a smaller property.

Beds were comfortable, ample parking, quiet. Exceptionally kind, caring folks and we felt welcome. All my expectations based on previous reviews were met and no ugly surprises. I really hope this enterprise takes off , I would reccomend it for those whose needs are simple at an excellent price. I would stay here again if only to see how its coming along.

The value for the price for the room. Room was clean bed comfortable. You can tell this is a older style motel able to park in front of your room. They allow pets which is a plus. If your on a budget good place to stay. This is the second time there and will stay again on our travels.
Could use a security lock on the doors. And update the A/C units.

TV did not work. Shabby interior. No hot water in shower. Asked manager to check it and he went ballistic shouting that there was plenty of hot water. There was hot water, it just wasn't coming out at the shower. He would not send someone to check it. Absolutely the worst and rudest behavior I have faced in any type of business transaction in my lifetime. I would never recommend this hotel.

Pet friendly
The first room I was given had water coming up from under the floor, so they changed me to a room a couple doors down and there was little to no water pressure in the sink faucet, plenty of pressure in the tub/shower - but no hot water.
The next morning, okay pressure in the sink faucet w/hot water, but still no hot water in the tub/shower.
They need to put a bell at the front desk or on the front door so they know when a guest needs attention. Waited several minutes before someone came to the desk.
Have to get back on the highway and head a couple ramps down if you want to find something to eat. There is a Love's gas station with a Subway close by.

Well that's the only thing I didn't like was the AC / heater and the vents where you control the direction of airflow or not there

Wonderful place. Great price and nice, clean place to lay your head for a night or two. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I lost something in the room and they were very helpful in helping me get it back. Super great place would recommend. A perfect stop in Oklahoma and great location for a long road trip.
