The house is good, but its location is not the best, and think carefully before booking it, especially if you are with children and without a car. What I did not like: 1) it is the end of the village, so there are no shops or restaurants nearby, you will have to go along the road without a sidewalk 600-700 meters in the heat with children. 2) the sea as indicated on the site is 250 meters, but it is a wild beach with stones and sea urchins, and a good equipped beach is 600 meters near restaurants. 3) endless construction around, 5 meters behind the house (both bedrooms look directly at it with windows) and 50 meters in front, they work even on Sunday from 7.30 to 15.00 - 16.00 (I will try to post a video for clarity). 4) and finally the very attitude of the owner. The day after our arrival there was a heavy rain, and the bedroom on the first floor was flooded, the sewer for running water was not cleared and all the water went under the door to the bedroom, we ran with towels and buckets. and began to write to the owner, to which she reacted with the words we also have rain, today is Saturday, I can’t help. While the neighbor opposite called all the services, she, too, was flooded even worse. My husband walked under the rain himself and tried to solve the problem, when he did it, I demanded a discount for doing her job, keeping her furniture from water, to which the owner said thank you, but there was no need to do anything, this house stayed all winter and it'll stay and I am not responsible for the weather conditions, and even if you are flooded I will not return your money. Perfect courtesy and respect, right? By the way on photo you can see that after rain even for car its difficult to ride there, about walking by foot its impossible, you'll have to sit and wait until the road gets a bit dry. Do you want to spend your vacation in such a risk that if something happens, you will need to rely on yourself!? What are we paying so much money for?

The house is new, very clean and confortable. It has all you need for a vacation in a quiet zone. It's also very close to the beach and restaurants. The pictures of the house are real and the description it's acc.to reality. I will come back with any ocasion!

The beach is really close and is excellent for kids - shallow enough to let them in and deep enough for swimming. The place is nicely furnished and well equipped. Staff were highly responsive and helpful up to their abilities.

The toilet on the ground floor has bad plumbing or something, it smells awful, and we were not using it. We reported the problem, and hopefully, it will be resolved. The grass needed maintenance, it was resolved after three days and the same number of reports, thanks to the responsive staff.

Constructions all around, loud noises every morning from 7am. No Greek channels on tv, no antenna, house keeping forgot to renew dish wash liquid, dishwasher tablets, sponge, toilet paper and we had to buy them.
