L' hôte est adorable, petit déjeuner bon.
Je croyais que c' était un hôtel, mais c' est plutôt dans le même immeuble de sa résidence. Les toilette est une pièce à part. Nous devions sortir de notre chambre. Le petit resto était fermé.

An excellent breakfast was served in the charming cafe. Perfect location for the train, local restaurants and Palaces.
Peña Palace was awful and I would only recommend travellers to view from the outside. The Town and Queluz Palaces are so much better and much less crowded.

A cozy Guesthouse in the center of Sintra. Right next to the train station. The "hotel" consists of two bedrooms with individual bathrooms. If you travel in a group of four it is perfect. In addition there is a spacious livingroom. Efficient air-conditioning. Bedrooms are clean and there is daily cleaning.
Right accross the street from the train station - trains to Lisbon at least every half-hour. Walking distance to Sintra's tourist attractions.
Abundant and tasty breakfast in a very nice space (a cafe - a part of the guesthouse) downstairs.

No kitchen if you expect a guest appartment. But since it is a hotel, there is no need, as an abundant and tasteful breakfast is provided.
The bathroom equipment is a bit outdated, but nevertheless functional.

We arrived 2 hours before the check-in time, but our room was already ready and we could put our bags there, which was very practical.
Really good breakfast, friendly staff, good location.
The toilets are in a separate room through the common area.

Location was the best part about this hotel. It was right next to the station and the host was lovely and allowed us to keep our bags in the hotel to allow us to explore Sintra. Breakfast was a lovely bonus and the stay was great value for money. The room had aircon which was a lovely touch.
Wish the bathroom could be in the room but it wasn’t a big issue. My only problem with it being out of the room was I had to enter it from the hallway and there was a couple of doll like statues that freaked me out a little at night. Not an issue if this is not a problem for you.

the service was very nice and the location is great.
there was some mold around the window.. but I assume this is the case for most places in Sintra due to humidity.

Location was great as its right at the train station and the bus stop to all the attaractions in Sintra
The room was spacious and the staff was very kind and understanding.
We dint expect The bathroom to be separate from the bedroom which is quite annoying and not practical as you have to walk the corridor at night.
There was some black mold around the window and the aircon was not working ( or otherwise you need some sort of expertise to make it work :-).

The room is clean and they clean everyday too. The location is very close to train station it's just in the opposite side. They provide breakfast too. I can definitely stay in this place again, very convenient.
Too many keys to bring even the toilet has keys they can just put a lock inside the toilet so that keys not needed when u lock from inside. Also the toilet is not inside the room. But overall it's a good place to stay.

The breakfast was wonderful! The location was right across from the train station and within walking distance to the center of town.
My major complaint was the bathroom was outside the room. It was NOT shared, but really inconvenient. Again, no refrigerator. That one little additional ‘extra’ would have been wonderful.

Best location to explore Sintra and the surrounding area. 0 mins to the train station from the back gate.
Nothing to complain. Just ask Jose (e.g. hairdryer or kettle etc.) who will answer all.
I was struggled to one of door keys, but I got used to it soon.

The apartment was very clean and it's location is amazing - in front of the train station. From there you arrive in 10 minutes to the old city by foot, 10 more minutes and you are already in Quinta da Regaleira.
You can also have very simple and affordable lunch in the hotel. The dish of the day costs 5 Euro. All in all we liked our stay.

Great position next to the train station. Center of Sintra easy to reach on foot. Very good breakfast and helpful staff. Comfy room, structure is accessible both from the station street and from the road beneath.
Separate bathroom can be colder than the room in winter.

Looks like every material used to renovate rooms was very very cheap -> poor room and bathroom furnitures, poor towels (very unpleasant), creaking floors (every step of the neighbor is heard), closet with mold (very bad for someone who has allergy) and super poor breakfast for people who did not eat sandwiches (gives bread, cheese and meet slices, butter, jam, pie and drink of your choice).
Also not enough shower gel and shampoo for 1 person.

This place is very conveniently located right in front of the train station, which is also where the buses stop. The room is nice, with very very comfortable beds, great breakfast (place also has a little café). The owners are very friendly, the street is really nice, my nephew and I loved it!
The only "negative" thing I could think of if I really had to say something is that the bathroom is outside the room, but it was ours only.

Great hospitality and strategic location (just 2 min walking from the train station) to visit all around Sintra. The room was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. We really recommend it.
