1.接待人員很友善，有好喝迎賓飲料。 2.check in時間之前到會幫你保管行李並送回房間，還主動幫忙把食物冰到冰箱，超級貼心！ 3.飯店大廳有賣簡單的零食飲料跟泡麵。 4.飯店內有游泳池設施可以使用，泳池超級漂亮！24樓高空且半無邊際。 5.有付費高空酒吧跟付費按摩店在飯店裡，高空酒吧沒有營業的時間也可以自己上去使用座位，座位很漂亮可以拍很多美照。 6.浴室有乾濕分離、浴缸，浴室可以透明也可以調整成不透明。 7.設施很棒！房內還有提供熱水壺、微波爐、電磁爐、碗盤餐具，甚至有洗脫烘洗衣機可以免費使用，沒有賣洗衣精可以自備來使用。 8.有代洗衣服務，來房間衣服幫你代洗，價格非常便宜，對於旅客來說非常方便的服務。 9.房內有沙發跟桌子，吃東西很方便。 10.早餐豐盛，是自己點餐之外還有小的自助吧，點餐不限定一人一份，可以點所有自己想吃的，日式韓式泰式美式都有。 11.忘記把充電器帶走，飯店人員免費幫我郵寄到曼谷的飯店，非常貼心！

Staff at breakfast doesn’t speak any (!) English… no real buffet (limited a la carte, Asian oriented).. showed me dirty table… wait 15min for what I ordered.. decided to have breakfast outdoors Worst : staff can’t control customers, no discipline (restaurant, swimming pool cfr photos).. nightmare if you want to relax Definitely not 5*… !! Poor value for the money

The breakfast is average, not much choice as c compare to other five star hotels. I must admit the noodles offered are the worst I taste in Pattaya! The location is ok, away from the town center but there is a shuttle service to Terminal 21 and Central Festival every hour.

The room is large with a washing machine which is very handy for long stay. The bathroom has a bathtub and a shower room and toilet room. In the bedroom there is a sofa to relax and a balcony to enjoy some fresh air.

Spazi inesistenti...hotel frequentato per lo piu' da gente orientale, dalla colazione mi aspettavo molto di piu' essendo un 5* camere non grandissime anche se pulite ed organizzate la piscina all'ultimo piano è un fazzoletto non c'è la possibilita' di prendere il sole, ci saranno forse 8-10 sdraio il bar di fianco alla piscina apre alle 15.00. Ho lasciato l'hotel due giorni prima del mio check out anche se gia' pagato perché non mi piaceva nulla ma questa è un'altra storia..Sconsigliato

Das Frühstück war super lecker und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Die Dachterrasse ist ein Traum. Der eiskaffe ist super lecker dort. Tolle Lage- ein paar Gehminuten ins Zentrum von Pattaya und zum Strand. Tolle Aussicht von ganz oben.

Leider hat man nachts die Straße etwas gehört und es war doch lauter als gedacht im 20. Stock.

The bed didn't feel new as when sleeping it felt like it was on a slope on both sides. The pillows were too hard or too soft so trying to get the right combination was difficult, meaning I didn't get to sleep easy

깔끔한 호텔이다. 한국의 신라스테이 같은곳. 여기 호텔들이 한국의 고급호텔같은곳과 모텔 같은곳으로 나눠지지만 중간급이 별로 없는것 같다. 이곳이 그 중간급이다.

이곳에선 이것이 최선인거 같다. 화장실에서 커다란 바퀴벌래(?) 잡았다. 한국같았으면 난리났겠지만 조용히 넘겼다.

This is by far the worst hotel I have been to in Thailand. Let me sum up all the disadvantages for you I’ll start and say that this hotel for sure used to be a condo since every room has a washing machine, microwave and stove inside of it. The pool was full of chlorine and is clearly above the legitimate amount. It ruined my swimsuit. The roof is not suitable for sunbathing because the construction above the pool doesn’t let any sunlight in. The pool area is also too tiny and not spacious. Also, the pool bar is too pricy. The hotel’s restaurant is very expensive as well and the 4 of us who stayed there got bad stomach ache afterwards. Also, the hotel restaurant is hosting the breakfast in the morning and it is too tiny to contain a lot of guests so you have to prebook 30 minutes window the night before to book your place. The hotel restaurant’s waitress harassed us during our meal to give them 5 stars ranking and comment good things otherwise I have no idea how this hotel has this rating which is clearly biased. We paid for breakfast for our stay but still needed to pay 60 extra baht for oatmeal for our coffee. The bread was not fresh at all! It felt like you try to cut concrete. The breakfast in general is more suitable to a backpackers hostel and not a hotel. The room’s balcony is too small to even be able to stand there normally. The room is no soundproof at all and we were on the 21st floor and still heard everything from the street and couldn’t sleep properly. The bath shower head was short and only suitable for maybe a kid and was also malfunctioning . The most terrible thing was the staff. They were aggressive, not kind and barely understood any English. All of the above made us checkout after one night although we paid for two.

Dobra lokalizacja, świetny basen na dachu. Super miejsce do zdjęć na rooftopie. Bardzo ładne, komfortowe pokoje. Przemiły personel.

Basen na rooftopie raczej nie jest do opalania się (słońce ledwo przebija się przez konstrukcje na dachu)

It was clean and staff very helpful to every need. Breakfast area was nicely situated to relax with your start up and see the surrounding areas.

The parking area wasn’t on site, and that is something that worries about my vechile- but it was all ok.

空中的環境真的無可挑剔了，美到一個翻掉，飯店內的Massage手技👍🏻👍🏻我自己在台灣還沒碰到這麼舒服的啦！服務人員很親切！lobby的配色極好看擺設也很讚！

以一個5星級飯店提供按著才能吹頭的吹風機有點不太符合期待，早餐可選擇的不多，在最後一天一隻蟑螂出現在房間，清潔不夠徹底！

Design, facilities and location worked for me but it is quite the walk to get to the main spots. Great that it had a washing machine. There is a hob but they don’t provide pans which is strange.

That you have to book a specific time to go for breakfast.
