Friendly host, parking, cosy, comfortable cottage. Good location for the racecourse. Walking distance to the supermarket. Very good value for money.

The cottage is beautiful. Very homley and clean.
There was no freezer.
The mattress on the bed was hard
The fan in the on suite was noisy.

Great place to stay for my trip to Doncaster races as it was just a short taxi ride to the course. Clean , lovely accommodation. Thoroughly recommend.

The location and .the amount of space in the property is perfect.
We would stay again.if housekeeping issues were addressed .

The cleanliness was very poor..It was rectified straight after it was brought to their attention..the bedsettee hadn't been cleaned .it was covered in crumbs and mud.and the mattress on it really needs to be changed .it's holey and stained.
The skirting boards hadn't been cleaned in quite a while .the shower and bathroom cupboard were dirty.

location was great! nice to have the space and kitchen. sofa and bed were comfy. welcome basket was a nice touch. had everything there I needed. Lovely big towels!
was freezing cold when I arrived. would have been good if they had put the heating for my arrival. it hadn’t heated up by the time I went to bed. Downstairs took forever to heat up. no visible thermostat anywhere to set it to a temperature so when I woke up it was like a furnace!Maybe a fan heater would be good or installing a thermostat so it can be set at a reasonable temperature and it would switch off when reached?.. Air fresheners were also very strong and the one in the bedroom very loud when trying to sleep.

The property was exactly what we was looking for. close enough to walk back from the event we attended, such a cosy place. Will definitely stop again if we attend another event at the racecourse.

Excellent value for money as there was 3 of us and accommodation provided sleeping space for 4 property was well furnished and provided good overnight stop on journey back to Essex from the Scottish borders excellent off road parking safe and secure
Being on a main route into the city the only drawback was traffic noise which wasn't too intrusive

lovely little place, great for couples and very comfortable
the hobs on the oven worked fine, however the actual over did not work at all so ruined our planned dinner we had bought things for that could not cook.
