Hot tub wasn't as clean as we would like, had to come out to clean while we were there.

Very good
Loved the cottage very pretty. Great hot tub a real treat. Only 5 minutes walk down to the beach.
Cobwebs behind the bedroom curtains, quite big ones. Bath wasn't very clean and grouting needed redoing. Husband had to buy some toilet bleach as there were signs of previous usage in the toilet!!

A few small amendments to pre arrival communication needed but otherwise a an A++++ stay and otherwise fantastic communi
good communication and helpful staff on site, well provisioned, thoughtfully laid out. Clean and well maintained. Beach Nearby. Well provisioned town nearby.
gap in the fence that smaller dogs can wiggle under (fedback to staff). Dog friendly site but not warned when booking that dogs are not allowed upstairs (can be problematic if your hound isn’t prepared in advance for the separation) and it’s location being on a single track road, therefore needs an experienced confident driver. loud parties in the nearest field to cottages (can be a problem for people with sensory issues, however it was exceptional circumstances of the queens jubilee) this could be remedied by warning customers that it is due to take place during their stay and advanced provisions could be made (ie ear defenders/headphones).

Fantastic stay in super cottage, lovely area of Wales
Absolute gem of a cottage; so warm and welcoming. Sparkling clean, nicely decorated, log burner, hot tub, lovely garden. We there in Oct so a bit wet and wild but didn’t matter as we were so cosy here. Lots to do in surrounding area; castles, beaches and country walks- would love to come back in the summer months.
