Stunning hilltop location overlooking the crystal clear bay below. Comfortable, spacious room with kitchenette and en suite bathroom. Loved the balcony with sea view, and the delicious breakfast each morning, and the friendly, attentive service from Spiros! Limeni is a gorgeous little town and a great base for visiting the Mani peninsula.

Row of stone houses high above Limeni bay. Spacious rooms with terraces overlooking the bay. Nice view, good Wifi, very comfortable beds. Reserved parking, the village and the taverns can be reached by foot in a couple of minutes. The kitchen is small but has everything you need to prepare a meal. Strong air conditioning.
Some noise from the street and from other apartments, but not too bad.

Incredible views (the best in our trip by far), well stocked kitchen. Made local eggs for breakfast and roast vege n meat for dinner. Also very convenient to walk to picturesque Limeni or short drive to Areopoli

The gorgeous view, the really comfortable bed with great linen, within walking distance of great restaurants, a short drive to a lovely local village.
Rather close to the road, so some traffic noise, also the shower was rather small with complicated settings.

Great location on a hill overlooking the turquoise-water bay, we had a balcony with sea view and the place was spacious as well as clean.

We liked everything. Room was very nice and the breakfast was fantastic. A small little balcony gave me wonderful views of Limeni. There's a larger patio too. Our host was fantastic. Very attentive and I really can't wait to return! Parking on the premises.

Everything is great. Beautiful location, comfortable room, beautiful views from room and from breakfast patio. Great breakfast. Spiros runs the hotel and he is fantastic in every way.

An amazing place sitting on a mountainside overlooking an amazing bay where sea turtles swam. Large and clean rooms The manager of the place is lovely just to go back there. Perfect breakfast.

The bay view is stunning! Room is very nice and big. Spyros is very helpful and generous. Breakfast is excellent with a wide variety of foods.
