Nice location if you attend the wedding on the coast. But be careful if you come with car its really Stip hill. also nice staff, they carried my bags.

Apartment was ok for this price, but the sheets weren’t clean. If you looked closer you can saw hairs and some small dead animals.

Super cool view from front windows for Istambul bridge. 3 and upper floors Great location for walking and lots of supermarkets nearby There is no flyes and moscitos. Super warm - a huge plus. Good fridge and gas stove Good turks for brewing coffee Comfortable mattresses. Fast Wi-fi I will recommend this place for leaving for my friends.

1) Greate to offer some good quality little packs of shampoo 2) There are no tabs for the Dishwasher and the owner should add salt to it 3) There are no detergents for colored and white laundry 4) There is no tea but was some coffee 5) It would be great to have some oil for frying and a seasoning mix without salt, pepper, garlic.... 5) lubricate or change cartridges in water taps 6) There is rust on the heated towel rail and you need to change the silicone seals in the bathroom - there is a little fungus

A big clean apartment with a fantastic view over Bosphorus Strait, and the kindest host!

Let me tell you about my experience staying at this place. his is clean apartment with a fantastic view and a kind and helpful manager. Everything you need for a family holiday is there. The host is so helpful and caring. The place is easily accessible with a very close bus stop that can get you to a metro station or all the way to Besiktas if you want. There are sharp slope streets so be prepared for that. You can easily walk to the strait if you are not afraid of 100 stairs. You can also go with the car. We had a rental car and there was no problem parking in front of the property where we could see the car from the window. The host was always reserving a spot for us. You feel so safe there as there is security round the clock. The apartment is gigantic with big rooms and comfy beds and very clean bed sheets. Towel were also provided. As I mentioned, everything you need is there and if not you just ask. To mention the amenities: plates, pots, pans, glasses and cups (small Turkish size though), gas oven with hood, cutlery, cutting board, fridge and freezer, drinking water (the host was ordering big bottles for us with a pumping mechanism at a very cheap price), vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, slippers, air conditioners, sofas, dinning table, coffee table, router, tv, thermo flasks, ... Before our arrival the host sent me a video showing clearly the place. With the very good security of the place, they could leave the key on the door for us so arriving at any time was no problem. The host knows little English but we could easily communicate using google translate and he was very responsive. We were mostly communicating in a common language which was Farsi. I guess he also knows Arabic and of-course Turkish. (I wouldn't be surprised if he knows more languages) Overall, we really enjoyed our time in this place and would definitely go back again!

There were some factors that could be improved but nothing that would stop me from rating this place with the highest points. There was no toaster or microwave. There was no elevator and for us staying at unit4 meant 3 floors climbing the stairs. However, by the time you read this review there might be elevator installed. I heard from them that it is in the agenda to do so.

The manager is awesome! He was calling me several hours before my arrival and checking with me if everything was ok. It's a good feeling when your host is caring about you. I arrived several hours late, and he was totally ok with it. They upgraded my flat to a much bigger one at no extra cost. The view is exceptional! With this price, this place is a no-brainer 👌

The host was very caring person, all the time available to provide you best piece of information.

Excellent clean apartment, well furnished, even very small things were taken care for the comfort of guests. Well maintained Kitchen with all the necessary stuff and devices were available except Microwave.

It was a different apartment than the one which I reserved having better view of the sea, which is shown in the photos, but end of the day I was happy with the apartment which I got

Nice spacious apartment close to Bosphorus and well-connected to the center by metro or boat

It is a very good property: 1. Quiet and friendly neighbourhood. We could do jogging every day on Bosphorus bank. The location is close to the metro station ($1.5 taxi ride from the property. One can also use a bus). Alternatively to get to the central Istanbul you can take a ferry. It is ~30min nice walk along the Bosphorus to the boat station. Boat tickets are cheap. we enjoyed this ride a lot. It is also some nice local restaurants around, ATM (accepts UnionPay) grocery, some other shops 2. The host was very nice and agreed to do a apartment upgrade. So we moved from garden apartment to the 2nd floor apartment. Very quiet, no busy street around 3. This upgraded room had very nice Bosphorus view. It is large, has a lot of place for storage and actually was well-suited for life. Has a lot of cutlery, hair dryier, several WC rooms and overall has nice 4. The apartment which we originally booked (garden) is also nice, my parents later occupied it. Very quiet and has a lot of cutlery. It doesn't have any view from the windows. 5. Parking is ok, near the house and car is visible from the window of 2nd floor apartment. It is just next to the security booth. We had Russian plates and faced no accident for 10 days. 6. The staff is also very nice and helpful. Please leave tips! 7. Owner speaks Russian

Probably the best family location in Istanbul!

Perfect location, beautiful view, real Istanbul feeling, very friendly host, air conditioning in ALL rooms, apartment had everything in it you possibly need in a house. There is a terrace and a garden with cute cats. I absolutely loved the place and my family even more! We will definitely come back when we travel to Istanbul again.

I only booked for one night, but after staying here I have wished I booked for more. Perfect location for families or groups.

a great Istanbul home for a family stay

- Great location for families who prefer clean air (air is really clean in Tarabya area), great view (Bosphorus terrace view available) and staying away from city bustle. - great for 3-5 or more days stay! - small and middle-size supermarkets are nearby (100-150 m), Carrefour bigger supermarket is also about 300 m away. - very spacious, a great choice for a family with 2 or 3 kids; - great kitchen facilities (new dishwasher and electric stove), plenty of dishes to chose from, I guess the dish set is enough for 7-8 people to stay, dishes are good condition, so the apartment is a great choice if you like to cook or serve ordered meal at home; - great living room with classy furniture and spacious enough for a large family to meet in the evening; - spacious terrace with Bosphorus view; - very clean apartment overall - very helpful host. They leave nearby and can help with literally everything from finding something in the room, calling a taxi for you (important in Istanbul !) to giving a guidance on where to go in Istanbul

- it’s second floor and there is no elevator, so it’s a little hard to get heavy luggage to the apartment. However the host knows that and helps to get the luggage upstairs. so overall it’s not a big issue. - corridor needs some slight wall repair. overall it didn’t bother me, but this is definitely a point to work at.
