Excellent place to stay for all landmarks

Location location, 2 minutes walk from cathedral and restaurants. Simple facilities but very clean and friendly Complimentary hot, soft drinks and cereal a bonus

This is the third time we've stayed with Basic Hotel. We came back because we loved our experiences here. The staff are warm, friendly and always eager to help. The rooms are pleasant and clean. And the hotel could not be more centrally located than this. It's a wonderful hotel. :-)

The location, the super friendly staff, the free mini bar available all day long. The cleanliness of the room and all the spaces of the hotel. I think it's incredible value for money and I hope they continue to have such high standards that are, sometimes, difficult to find even in higher rating hotels.

Great affordable hotel in center

Excellent position, in a small street next to the Cathedral. Wonderful receptionists. Having free drinks (soft drinks, coffee, tea) 24/7 is an excellent amenity. Roof terace is amazing! Taxi stop is around the corner, and many good restaurants. Shping area is in 10 walking distance.

I stayed in two different rooms. The first room had not the best set up - airconditioning right above the bed and shower doors opposite of the toilet - very narrow and impractical to use both. The other room was on the roof top - I would suggest to put some kind of bars to the window, to improve the feeling of security and enable having opened window. But all that was minor flaw. The hotel is excellent.

Wonderful stay in Sevilla

Fantastic, friendly, and helpful staff. It is lovely to have beverages and snacks for free at the reception area. We would love to come back and stay there once more.

I think they reserved only bad rooms for booking.com customers.

Thanks to Lilia, we changed our room on second day. Our second room is on top floor. Lilia❤❤❤

Central, friendly, good value for money

The check-in experience was superb- Antonio was very helpful and recommended a number of restaurants/bars to visit in the local area. We visited one of these for dinner one night and were impressed. We were pleasantly surprised by the juice/coffee/pastries provided on the house, as we were not aware of these when we checked in. The location is very central and perfect for exploring the city. Despite all this, the price was very reasonable.

We did have a few small (fruit?) flies in our bathroom on the first day but the receptionist was very helpful in arranging for the cleaner to spray the room and the problem was much better after that. Being on the ground floor was a little noisy; this was mainly from the reception area rather than the street but did not stop us from sleeping.

perfect night in Seville

Great little oasis in the thick of it. easy to get to cathedral and palace. Antonio makes it better . comfortable room, great roof terrace with views and free snacks perfect after a long day’s sightseeing.

Great stay, comfortable and pleasant hotel - would recommend

The hotel is in a great location near to the cathedral, up a pedestrian street so it is central but no street noise. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. Reception staff all pleasant and helpful. Complimentary refreshments/breakfast snacks were much appreciated.

The only thing that troubled us in any way was noise from adjoining rooms. If neighbours were up early or late and using bathroom/wardrobe noisily, it broke our sleep. Only a very minor issue but otherwise we were really happy with the stay. Would stay again if in Seville for sure

Comfortable, clean, great location, and awesome receptionists

Very comfortable and clean! The receptionists were lovely and very welcoming - especially Antonio! He was so nice, we would come back just for him! Location is perfect, we could walk everywhere from the hotel. Also a great point is the free drinks, cereal and sweet snacks - we think this made up for the fact that there’s no breakfast - you can go get water, Coca Cola, juice etc. whenever you want!

Just the wifi didn’t work in our room :( But it’s okay because we only stayed 2 nights so not a big deal for us.

The coffee machine and drinks were well appreciated. Staff very helpful. Bathroom was good.

Fantastic location, nice staff, super clean

The location was excellent right in the center of Old Town but on a quiet street. Walk out the door and everything you need is 5 minutes away, including the Cathedral and Real Alkazar. The room was extremely clean. Antonio and the staff were very helpful with suggestions of where to eat. The little help yourself 24 hour Cafe room was convenient and you were not worried about rushing downstairs to get breakfast. The rooftop seating area was a great way to soak up Seville. Its cozy and private. Tere is internet there and views of the streets and The Cathadral. We would definitely stay there again.

The internet in our room was not good until you walked out the door.

Perfectly located simple hotel, fine for a short stay in Sevilla

Location was right in the center, near everything you need to visit in Sevilla! Rooftop is Cody with a view on the Cathedral. Free drinks and sweets at the reception is also a plus. The staff was very kind and helpful!

the room was pretty dark inside with no view at all as it was located on ground floor. Cleanliness was okay but could have been a bit better especially in the shower where I had to kill a huge bug (it happens).
