Visit was cancelled on the day I arrived with no warning, left desperately trying to find a place to sleep no accountability or apology
Shocking cancellation the day of arrival, no management on site upon arrival. The person that was there with no noted authority was dismissive of giving the room away with no recommendations. Very disappointed

Customer service sucked they had no flat irons in the rooms. They were just unprofessional they don’t respond to calls when you call them so rude

Check out time, it was too early.

There was no breakfast. I liked the space and facilities in the apartment
I did not like the service especially the cleaning service response. No one came to clean for the time we stayed there

a few missing items in the house but once we called, we got sorted immediately. also the fact that late check in was a bit of an issue since there’s no front desk and no one manning the property 24/7 so many phone calls had to be made to access the property for late check in

Great location. Easy to get a restaurant nearby and a cab downstairs. And forex bureau (in the mall).
Great host. Supportive with additional information.
Great view and nice swimming pool.
Smart TV with Netflix and Prime Video. WiFi was great.
Carpets were not clean.

I had to pay extra charges for cleaning, they dont clean unless its more than two days stay and i was there for two days only.

CLEANNESS OF THE PROPORTY, VERY SPACIOUS HOUSE AND COOPERATIVE STAFF. VERY SAFETY AND SECURITY IS VERY GOOD.

icing room AC is a good working condition but masters bedroom AC needs some maintenance work… not cooling properly.
cooking utensils (pots) seriously needs an upgrade. cutleries looking old, broken and in a bad state.. makes the property short of what it should be.
security could be an issue, anyone can get upstairs. security should be reviewed.. need for some proactive measures and not reactive.
