Das Wilson Apartment ist funktional eingerichtet. Die Gegend ist ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Ins Stadtzentrum von Cheltenham sind es zu Fuß ca. 45 Minuten. Gleich am Haus ist eine Bushaltestelle. Die Busse fahren aufgrund des hohen Verkehrsaufkommens allerdings unregelmäßig.
Für eine Woche wären zusätzliche Handtücher schön gewesen.

We arrived at the accommodation on the right day, at 4 pm, which is the checkin time they suggest you. So we had adapted to what they suggest. Nobody was there, ok, no problem, it’s remote. However, neither did they answer the phone (we tried several times), nor did they ever call us back. The positive about Beechurst Serviced Apartments is there are enough other accommodations in Cheltenham you can go for.
We had no access to the accommodation we had paid for in advance. So we stood in the street and didn’t know what to do. That’s why at the end we decided to stay in another place in Cheltenham. Unfortunately, Beechurst Serviced Appartements decided not to refund us anything.

It had all the stuff u need from cups to dish washer
Few holes and scuffs and stains on the walls , and burn my hand on the shower bar got really hot

Location was quiet. Easy access to town
There were problems with some of the appliances. The towel rail for the bathroom did not seem to work, and I couldn’t get the induction hob to warm up. Also it was difficult to get the shower cooler than scalding. Parking a Volvo S60 was a bit of a struggle

Quality of fittings. Clean. Well maintained. Kitchen v good and supplied utensils. Easy access to powerpoints. Great shower. Easy access to shops. Nice staff. Responded quickly.
Only suggestions for improvement here: Nowhere to put suitcase in room or toiletries around sink. Toilet roll holder in hard to reach place. TV remote battery cover broken. Switched air purifier off overnight because of bright blue LED.

The apartment was just so hot and there was no air con and the king sized bed was made up of 2 single beds on different levels so it wasn’t comfortable

Great location, easy access, clean, good facilities, comfortable sofa & bed.
TV remote was a little temperamental but we managed. The local cockerel was a surprise, but thankfully we found it amusing.

Comfortable bed, very clean, off road parking. Angie responded quickly to any query and was able to recommend places to eat. Not the most modern decor but was perfectly fine (good bed, good shower, comfy sofa, warm) and good value. We will stay again when we next visit the area. No need to take the car into Cheltenham or to Gloucester as buses are local and quick.

Everything was very tidy and finished to a high spec. Comfortable room sizes. Decent parking.

EVERYTHING! From booking to check out we couldn't have asked for any more from our hosts or the stay. This was exactly what we wanted and needed. A nice little getaway for a few nights to spend some quality time together and have a little explore of Cheltenham. The accommodation was clean, spacious, comfortable and well located. We would highly recommend staying here and would be happy to return if we are eve visiting the area again. Thank you so much.

The location is little difficult for public transport. The 94 bus goes from the same road but that bus is very slow.

Despite being on the edge of Cheltenham the property is well served by local buses going to Cheltenham and Gloucester. We were also within easy walking distance to Manor by the Lake where we were attending a wedding. The property was also in a quiet street.
More hooks for coats and towels. A shelf or small table in the bathroom would be useful.

It is south facing and has sun coming through the window. A clean and well equipped set up. we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others as well.
It’s about 6 km from main Cheltenham town. One can travel by bus which takes about 10 minutes.
