Good size of the apartment. It was well equipped for a 2-person household in a long term stay. The service was admirable. Every question or remark was taken seriously and actions were taken to correct a number of shortcomings that always pop up up in a newly built complex. The location close to the 3 Pondok Indah malls, and to various other shops and restaurants, was very helpful. Notably, due to the lack of decent sidewalks, Jakarta is not well equipped for journeys on foot, but this is not the fault of the apartment complex.

The 2 AC units were old models. They were very noisy and always expelled extremely cold air. The newer models of such equipment do a much better job. The washing machine was not leveled and danced about during the spin cycle. The plumbing of the kitchen sink was not done properly. With a little rework it was possible to get rid of the invading drain odor. A vacuum cleaner was not included. The hallway to the apartment was not air conditioned. Taxi’s and such like were required to pay a parking fee, when they came to collect us or returned us the apartment.
