Really well situated apartment at a reasonable price.

A pleasant apartment right in the centre of Granada. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We had the "Attic" room, which meant that we had 20 windows looking out onto the surrounding buildings and rooftops and could see the cathedral quite well and a little bit of the Alhambra. The rooms were well equipped and there are several smallish grocery stores within easy distance. The building is in a small set of narrow passageways with Arabic shops, which is really interesting and a great place to potter around in. One of the shops on the ground floor of the building sells teas, herbs and spices, which is a wonderful smell that hits you as you go out through the back door. Lots of bars and restaurants within a stone's throw of the property - plenty to choose from.

The property has shops on the ground floor with three floors of three apartments and then one attic apartment at the top (where we were). There are two doors, one to a very small vestibule containing only a lift, the other to a set of stairs. The lift goes only as far as the third floor, we then had to go up some stairs to the attic room, so be aware that you cannot avoid having to carry your luggage up the last 18 steps, if you book this room. We tended to use the stairs most of the time anyway, and there are 74 of these from the apartment down to the ground (or up, when coming back in again!)

Muy buena ubicación, las instalaciones excepcionales y el trato con el personal que fue increíble. Las fotos son fieles a lo que te encuentras.

El colchón, era muy muy incómodo, recomendamos un cambio del mismo, hemos dormido fatal, te hundías.

Una estancia perfecta

Limpieza. Ubicación. Decoración. Colchones y almohadas,muy importante para mí. Todas las comodidades, me gustó que hubiera lavadora aunque no la usé,al igual que el lavavajillas. Buen detalle dejar cápsulas de café y sobres de azúcar. Las vistas y el techo de madera hacen la diferencia. La climatizacion perfecta.

Si acaso puedo decir que el tramo de escaleras al final no me lo esperaba porque llevamos 4 maletas grandes. Pero aun así eran pocos escalones.

Great location & facilities! Heating was excellent.

The location was great for easy access for attractions. Everything is so close by less than 10 mins of walking distance. San Augustin market was close by so, we can get fresh food to get a takeaway. Better than restaurant food.

We had to make a reservation ahead of time to get a parking spot which is approx 5 min walking at San Augustin. I thought at least we might be able to unload luggages in front of the building. It wasn't the case. So, you have a couple of luggages on cobble stones taking much longer walk with people traffic. If you have a few luggages, I would think twice about this place.

Ubicación inmejorable. A pasos de la plaza Bib-Rambla donde se puede comer y desayunar genial y desde donde salen casi todos los tours para visitar la ciudad. Súper fácil la comunicación con la anfitriona. El apartamento tiene TODOS los detalles necesarios y más.

装修时尚厨房很好床铺舒服

尽管在到达前半个小时应告知准确的到达时间，但是等待取钥匙还是让我们在冷风中等了足足十五分钟。很严格不太友好的房东，只是要求晚15-30分钟离开房间，以还有新房客入住为由，不同意。窗外就是商业街，噪音大，夜深时还有喝醉酒的人的大声叫喊声。停车场到住宿房源不是很近。

Granada inolvidable

Lo mejor es La ubicación ,es muy tranquilo, muy bonito ,cómodo y todo muy limpio

El primer día tuvimos problemas con la calefacción, ya que está centralizada y se des configuró, nos la arreglaron al día siguiente,pero Elvira fue muy amable y nos trajo unos calefactores de aceite para esa noche, gracias

Finde en familia

Fuimos en familia y nos encantó el Apartamento , muy bien cuidado cada detalle y limpio,Cocina equipada con todo lo necesario.La ubicación perfecta . camas cómodas.No hay parking ,pero hay varios publicos a pocos minutos.Llegamos antes de la hora acordada con el chico y nos atendió otra chica muy amable que nos acomodó mientras llegaba. No recuerdo los nombres . pero todos muy atentos. Muchas gracias

Best decorated/furnished apartment we have ever stayed in. Comfortable beds, quiet during the night, good location.

The entrance to elevator is in narrow street, which drunk people used to do their business, atleast twice during 4 night stay. A motion sensor or camra would work as deterent.

A wonderful stay in a beautiful city.

Perfectly located near lots of shops and restaurants, within easy walking distance of attractions. A wonderful apartment with excellent facilities and cleanliness. Excellent communication and efficient and friendly arrival with the apartments representative (Marta) I would recommend this apartment highly.

walking distance to every thing. clean and spacious. it has everything we need. the ladies who communicated with me regarding checking in&out are very friendly and considerate. they made our stay in Granada very pleasant! I definitely would recommend this apartment to my friends.

Our stay was both beautiful and comfortable!

it was so comfortable, clean and cool! we had a lovely view of the top of the cathedral! We loved the location! The staff was amazing!!! Fernando was so patient and helpful. Kudos!!!!!

Superb

Location and interior decor is exceptional. Great communication from the host throughout. Spacious rooms. Exceptional view from the apartment. Kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine. It deserves the title of luxury apartment.

Basic stuff like toilet paper, coffee, shampoo and liquid for dishwasher and washing machine were only provided for the first day. The access to the building through the small alleyway from Calle Zacatin was quite dirty and not upto the level of a luxury accommodation such as this.

some noise at night due to being in the centre. only noisy as we were sleeping on the sofa near the windows. I was able to sleep pretty well regardless

The location was fantastic!

We had to pay 30 € extra due to our late arrival around 22:00. Unfortunately, the lady was not there upon our arrival. A man in the building was kind and apologized for his english. Eventually, a woman showed up after ~20 min who appeared intoxicated. A waste of 30 €. :/

Great apartment, well stocked apartment in quiet, central location.

The apartment was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The location was right in the middle of everything and we enjoyed walking everywhere. It was also surprisingly quiet!

This is not a negative at all...and it was definitely not a problem for us....but if you have mobility issues, take care in working with the management company to figure out the best way to get there.

Wonderful comfortable apartment, centrally located.

This apartment was one of the best I have stayed in while vacationing. The apartment is in central Granada very close to the Cathedral and easily accessible by various buses from the top of the street. It was very spacious, extremely comfortable, well decorated with a comprehensive kitchen. Our host was waiting for us when we arrived obtaining the keys was a breeze.

The best option in Granada

Everything was spotless and beautiful! The flat was very well cared with amazing attention to detail. If we are ever in Granada again, we will DEFINITELY contact them again!

Very comfortable flat in central location

Very comfortable flat and beds, beautiful central location. Nice decor. Overall, a very nice flat and I would stay there again. The street is for pedestrians only, so no car sounds.

Quiet bedroom, but it you want to sleep on the couch in the living room, then it can be too noisy. I asked the host for advice about bus connections but never heard back.
