The place was crawling with ants and flies. Food and blood stains?? all over couches, chairs, carpet, tables. Pee stain on blue armchair. Broken dishwasher. Place smelled like rotten food and sour milk. SO VILE and disgusting. Carpet cleaner/upholstery guys came and were like wow this is bad. Took 1.5 days to dry couch cushions not 2 hours as promised. No where clean to sit or lie down. Dirty socks left under beds and crumbs. Vacasa customer service was terrible to deal with and super cheap, especially property manager Robert who was very rude and unresponsive. DO NOT stay here or rent any place from vacasa unless you want to have a terrible vacation. They will nickel and dime you on everything and nothing is their fault or their problem and you will get passed around from person to person until Robert tells you "well you could have washed all the dirty dishes on your vacation by hand" instead of him doing his job and having a clean place for you with functioning appliances.
