We loved our stay here, stay were all lovely and helpful, our room had an amazing view over the pool and ocean. Our Room lovely and well equipped. Location was great. We had cocktails up on the rooftop bar, lots of choice for food and drinks. Pool area is nice with lots of sun beds available . We loved our stay here

The location.

We were told its worth it for an upgrade for a full sea view. Paid for it and literally had to hang over the balcony to see the sea. The room smelt like mold. Phoned front desk 3 times to send someone to come check, no one came. Got moved to a different room after going down to front desk 3 hours after the first call. They removed the upgrade charges because of the inconvenience and added it as credit to use. We used it for room service. Checked out the next day and was told we have 8aed left and it will be refunded to the card we used to pay the stay. The next day the room service + the 8aed credit they owed us was deducted from our bank account. The hotel is in such a perfect location, but has loads of work to do to satisfy customers.

La piscina puede que sea un poco pequeña. Se llena muy pronto y es complicado encontrar sitio.

Die Zimmer (verbundene Doppelzimmer) waren super, geräumig, sehr gut ausgestattet. Stilles Wasser täglich frisch 2 Liter pro Zimmer sowie Kaffeekapseln für die Kaffeemaschine waren inkludiert. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und viel Stauraum für Kleidung war vorhanden. Selbst die Koffer konnten im großen Schrank untergebracht werden. Die Aussicht direkt auf Meer und Marina war perfekt (Zimmer waren exakt in der Mitte des Hotels, danke dafür. Es gab fantastisches Frühstück mit allem was man brauchte und darüber hinaus noch viel mehr - super und lecker! Auch die Restaurants im Hotel waren durchwegs exzellent. Das gesamte Personal war freundlich, immer hilfsbereit, es hat alles bestens gepasst. Ich kann das Hotel besten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

...nur um etwas zu schreiben, eigentlich nicht wirklich der Rede wert: Ich habe zum Essen immer den kleinen Eiskübel aus dem Zimmer mitgenommen um später noch auf dem Zimmer ein gekühltes Getränk zu nehmen (und nicht deswegen den Zimmerservice in Anspruch nehmen zu müssen). Der Eimer wurde mir immer ohne Probleme nach dem Essen gefüllt und ich konnte ihn mit aufs Zimmer nehmen. Ist sicher nicht die Standard-Prozedur, aber für ca. 15 Eiswürfen eben etwas effektiver als 10 Min. auf den Zimmerservice zu warten. In Trader Vics ging das auf einmal dann nicht, der Kellner musste erst mit seiner Managerin Rücksprache halten, um mir dann zu sagen, dass sie das nicht machen können und ich mich an den Zimmerservice wenden müsse. Nicht schlimm, aber unflexibel - 50 Meter weiter an einer anderen Hotelbar habe ich umgehend und anstandslos meine Eiswürfel bekommen. Wie gesagt, eigentlich nicht der Rede wert, geärgert hat es mich trotzdem, da die Preise (auch Restaurantpreise) natürlich durchaus gehoben sind, da erwarte ich etwas Flexibilität und Kundenservice auch außerhalb des Standardprotokolls. Abzug hierfür 0,2% der ansonsten perfekten Gesamtnote.

This hotel is probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was wonderful, with a great bathroom, fantastic facilities and a big balcony. Beyond amazing breakfast - literally every food you could ever imagine. The staff were all very professional and lovely - one of the highlights was the hotel spa, and Raj, the masseuse, was just amazing. One of the best massages I've ever had. Also, the complimentary steam room and sauna which was awesome. There are so many restaurants on site its almost mind-boggling. And the private beach is great, with a fantastic cityscape view across the water.

The check in process took quite a while... I was queuing for at least 10 minutes, and then it took an additional 15 minutes to actually check in. But it was fine. It's a big hotel so I guess it is to be expected, and the lady at reception was very nice. I asked for additional water in the morning, and that also took quite a long time (around 40 minutes!). But again, the staff were great and very helpful and it wasn't a very big deal. The only thing I didn't like was the almost forced review at check out, where I was asked to show my booking.com code and then basically on the spot asked to write a review. I didn't like that very much, as even though I had an amazing 10/10 stay, I'd like the opportunity to say so without added pressure.

Coin enfant très bien 👍🏼 Le kids club C’est à partir de 4 ans sans surveillance des parents donc vous ne pouvez pas laisser les enfants de moins de 4 ans dans le kids club intérieur . Air de jeux et pataugeoire pour les enfants ! Pas mal de restaurants à disposition dans l’hôtel. Accès à west Beach de l’hôtel agréable pour faire une balade.

Le choix de la carte a la piscine limité pour un 5 étoile je trouves ! Un peu bruyant. Les chambres ne sont pas bien nettoyées et il manque toujours des serviettes . Vous ne pouvez pas payer en cash deposit de 1800 euros qui sont remboursé au bout de 10 jours . Le petit déjeuner est banal les Viennoiseries ne valent pas celle de France . Les fruits fades je déconseille le petit déjeuné facturé 45 euro .

Lovely hotel with an amazing breakfast! We enjoyed the proximity of the beach and the promenade. The staff was very friendly and Raj provided the best massage!

2 things: 1. The loud music from the neighboring hotels/beach promenade on Friday and Saturday. 2. The road structure around the hotel is not the best as cars/taxis have to drive around the beginning of the palm to get into town, making the trip longer and more expensive.

The rooms were clean and well furnished with a great bathroom. Services was prompt and always to a high standard date. The Gym was larger than most hotel gyms and had the latest machines which was appreciated. The Spa was lovely and thanks to Booking.com we received a free 15 minute massage which we enjoyed immensely. Shout out to Hoda who is a fantastic masseuse.

The Hotel was situated by the Five Hotel Palm Jumeirah which is a party hotel and played loud music through to about 2:00 am every night. We were on the side of the hotel and got the worst of it. In saying that, management were very apologetic when we raised it and appreciated our feedback. Otherwise, no criticism at all.

Localização do quarto. Foram 6 noites a dormir mal pois a proximidade da estrada gerou muito barulho e desconforto. Esta reserva tinha sido feita contando com quarto vista mar... Um dos dias o quarto só foi limpo às 22h por insistência nossa. Um dia deixaram a porta do quarto aberto. O pessoal do bar da piscina era super antipático

The breakfast had good selection, the location on the Palm was gorgeous. We also had a fabulous view from our balcony in our room. We had tea/coffee facilities and the towels were changed daily. The rooms were also kept spotless.

The one issue we had was the amount of available sun loungers around the pool. There are plenty on the adjoining beach but the ones around the pool were always all full. This was mainly due to our stay being during the Eid period so it was very busy with families.

Great location

The room cleaning service wasn’t great. Breakfast was fine, however the dinner wasn’t that good. The beach is nice, but there is a lot of plastic in the water especially in the morning- I think the hotel should make more effort to clean it ( saw the neighboring hotel doing it)
