Pas de cuisine donc pas de petit déjeuner mais une pièce avec boisson et bouilloire

This is a basic hotel, but it had everything I was looking for : spotlessly clean, central location, friendly welcome and comfortable bedding. There is no breakfast service, but there is a common space with mini-fridge, microwave, kettle and coffee for 1 euro.

És un hotel senzill, però amb les instal·lacions necessàries i en bon estat per a passar-hi uns quants dies. Té una sala amb taules, microones, cafetera, gelera, plats i coberts, de la qual hom pot disposar per a menjar allò que cadascú porti. No hi ha restaurant ni tan sols cafeteria per a esmorzar.
Les maletes s'han de pujar per l'escala, perquè no hi ha ascensor.

Era nochevieja, y todo y saber que ser tolerante porqué es una noche "especial", había un grupo de gente joven que han tenido un comportamiento ya inaceptable en ningún otro hotel.
Nos han despertado súbitamente a las 6-7 de la mañana cuándo un chico (de un grupo más amplio ) ha empujado a otro contra nuestra puerta de la habitación, con gritos , empujones posteriores por el pasillo, picar en las puertas.
A partir de ahí, golpes y ruidosno hemos podido descansar más el resto de noche, muy , muy mala experiencia.
Después de pagar 196€ , me parece del todo inaceptable.

La ubicación, y parking cercano. Precio normal para la calidad del hotel. Me gustó la comunicación con el personal.
Mucho ruido por la noche cuando los huéspedes caminan por los pasillos y escuchaba la ducha de la habitación contigua. A medianoche desconectan el wifi :(

La ubicación, esta en el casco antiguo de Puigcerda y todo a mano, la limpieza estupenda.
El edificio es bastante antiguo, por lo que se oye mucho las otras habitaciones .Las puertas también, al cerrarlas hacían mucho ruido.
En la reserva me ponía “patio” y solo había una pequeña ventana a un patio de luces.
Si os alojáis personas con dificultad movilidad recordad pedir una planta primera.

The place was well located and clean
The room is 0 noise isolated. We could here everybody walking around during the night, the other doors closing, people next room talking at a normal-low volume...
We could not rest properly.

Comfy bed, 24hrs coffee/tea station., microwave in a comfy kitchenette room with chairs & tables, central location, amazing staff, great shower and fluffy towels. And very good price.
No parking on site.. Which is impossible because the location is in the small central streets.. There is a 7 min walk to parking. ...which is close for Puigcerda town

Very good basic accommodation in an excellent location - directly in the heart of historic Puigcerdà. Staff were very helpful and gave me a secure place to store my bicycle. Room as small but functional and clean with a window overlooking the street. I was there on a Monday so things were quiet, but I imagine it could be pretty noisy on weekend evenings. No air conditioning but you generally don't need it in Puigcerdà even in summer. I slept with the window open without any problem.
I would have liked to have been able to check in at 15.00 instead of 16.00. Would also have liked air conditioning just so I could sleep with the window closed. As it turned out, this wasn't a problem on a Monday night but the town gets much noisier later in the week and weekends.

The hostel is right in the middle of Puigcerdà, within easy reach of restaurants, shops, etc. The facilities are good - basic but very clean, which is far more important.
