Had to call the host to send over bed linen,, not enough sheets or covers. The bed was too soft to sleep on so we slept on sofabed. The bed linen also was shabby so I requested fresh ones. A very nice woman arrived with. A whole bag of stuff so we were happy. The builders were in next door banging and drilling but we were mostly out. But the location is great and it is very spacious
Bed certainly shd be replaced.
And the little space off the kitchen needs seating as there isn't much natural light inside

Good bedrooms, character features. 2 bathrooms. Central Salisbury location. Fantastic place for the 8 of us.
No shower. Nearest car park is currently under construction by council.

The apartment was comfortable and the location was excellent to explore Salisbury and surrounding areas. We enjoyed our stay and will book again.
The bedroom window facing the street only had blinds and nets. So it was private but it did let the light in. It would benefit from adding curtains to keep the light out as well as sound from the street.

Located near town centre, clean and comfortable

The location was great just a 5 minute walk into the centre. Owner very friendly and helpful. Booking.com gave us the wrong code for the door but was easily contacted and very helpful. Plenty of room for a family of 9. Beds comfy. Only minor points would have been good to have a shower and only 4 forks in cutlery draw. But that’s just being picky otherwise great base for our stay in Salisbury
Would have. Wen nice to have had some
Kind of shower or shower attachment

Location was excellent for the city centre
Accommodation was clean
Decor was very tired and the bathroom is long, long overdue a complete re-fit - I havent seen a pink sink and toilet since the 1990s
It was clean however the overall feel was still disappointing and a lack of attention to detail (like uncoordinated bedlinen and mismatched cheap bedroom wardrobes) let it down...........we've stayed in places with far higher standard of decor and fittings for the same price bracket.

The location is excellent. Easy access to the town centre. The accommodation was spacious, clean.
The website should be clearer about parking. I thought parking was available at the property but there was none. Had to pay £9.90 to park for the day in the nearby car park.
Should redecorate the bathroom, as the paint is peeling badly.

Not suitable for a single female occupant due to ground floor location and lack of curtains

We didn't get the code for the house door so we couldn't get in.
When we finally, hours later got the code we could then get in easy.
Our weekend was ruined because we didn't get the code for the house door. After ringing the owners about 10 times, we tried them on different phones too, we had no luck. Our children were getting panicky. To keep the children warm, we went to a bar nearby with very drunken grown men. The children were terrified of the drunken men.. As it was a cold night, with all our luggage, and with two terrified children after a bad experience in the pub, we walked back to our car. One crying, the other one sulky and unhappy.
So then we had to relocate and find somewhere to sleep with our tired, young and tearful children or go home. To find a hotel in Salisbury at 8pm at night isn't easy as most things are fully booked.
We then found a Premier Inn for the night....
It was actually quite awful to have to go through this experience. Children were exhausted and unhappy and couldn't t sleep until 3am. The next day they were exhausted and moody. And wondering if the guest house REALLY wasn't a scam? It marked our whole weekend, to be honest, and we tried to keep the spirits up. But children don't work that way.
Then we got a phonecall from one of the owners of the guesthouse. We literally just checked in in the hotel .. .after a long wait. He would give us the hotel rooms booking back, he said. About 15 minutes later, we finally got an email with the code... by then we were nice and warm in 2 hotel rooms. He added: "You can go there now." It was past 9pm. Apparently, he thinks that you can just pick up 2 children and take them anywhere you like?
There is no shower in the guesthouse. Only a bath.
There are marks on the ceiling in the living room from leakages. The pillows and duvets are less than basic quality. The children and me woke up and complaining it was cold.
Only 1 toilet in the guest house for which you have to go up the stairs.
The heating was on 15 Degrees when we came in, so it was too cold.

Clean, comfortable, excellent value and good location (reasonable walking distance to shops, cathedral and railway station). Our group would definitely like to stay here again in future.
Would have liked shower/shower attachment in one of the bathrooms, but was aware this was lacking when making booking. We did have a problem with the heating on 1st day, but Liam was easily contactable and got this sorted out.

Had everything we needed and owners got back to us straight away with any queries.
Right in the centre of town and close to Tescos supermarket. Fab.
There wasn't anywhere to park, unfortunately the car park behind the property which would have been fine was closed off, we ended up parking in a residential road which was a bit of a trek, but not the properties fault.

lots of room, great location
to was a right faff, and needs a proper shower

It was very cosy, with very effective heating.
Kitchen fully kitted out with everything we needed for our short stay. much better choice than a hotel.
bed were very comfortable.
Not really suitable for a toddler due to the layout. originally booked the flat but were “upgraded” to the 5 bed maisonette above. we would go back when she’s a bit older though.
Also the noise from the road can be heard a lot at night when trying to sleep
no shower, just a simple shower attachment for the bath.

Wonderful location, very spacious for a group, good living and dining space to relax in.
There were 2 bathrooms, both very dated. We had 2 baths but no shower. One bathroom had a shower attachment on the taps but this was hard to use.

Great location for the city centre and station.
Good communication throughout with our hosts.
A well equipped kitchen.
Big comfy bed and large sofa bed.
Apartment although spacious was very dark as it was the Lower Coach House.
Could possibly have some more ambient lighting as a suggestion.
6.0
spacious, washing machine available.
no showers - only tubs.

A very large apartment, very tastefully set out, with a helpful owner.
Nowhere to leave bags between check-out and onward travel. the bathroom is a bit outdated too and is probably from the ‘70s.
10.0
The location was close to the old town and Cathedral.
5.0
Close to centre of town.
The standard was not as expected. The bathroom floor and toilet was in bad condidtion, the shower was ok.. The overall quality of the furnishing in the flat was poor.

It was much larger than expected.

large space easy access to the city center . plenty of room for a large group ., the living room and rooms are really lovely and simple . it’s a historic building and we appreciated the place .,
no access to wifi when we arrived and it seemed that they were having problems with it … we had to be quite insistent and it seemed they were inconvenienced . Awkward but polite is the only way to describe the staff ., in any case they did do it ., but really they need to just be a bit more enthusiastic and bring their customer service up a notch., also the carpets could really dimwits cleaning ,No showers ! so not very environmentally friendly ., the vacuum cleaner was in the closet with
other cleaning things and so no room from clothes in bottom right bedroom . basically needs a bit of TLC and little more thought 🧹 😊😆🛖

location.
No shower, bathroom on s slant and no lock on door. one of the bathrooms was in a communal hall

The property was clean and comfortable, and near to the City centre. There was a fridge and freezer, which is useful, both were well kept.
Slightly damp smell, which we put down to the age of the property. We could not find the iron, or the thermostat, which was frustrating. The shower room was functional, but looks in need of modernisation.

location couldn’t of been any better, walking distance from the town centre and parking
Nothing major at all, I personally did not find the mattress comfortable
7.0
Friendly staff, convenient location, allowed early check in.
Low ceilings - resulted in a lot of head banging
Could do with some sound proofing, could here everything outside, all night.
No shower or shower heads, hot water ran out after one bath.
intermittent internet and no tv channels registered on tv, wasn’t much of an issue as we weren’t really in the flat to long.
9.0
Was a really nice, well located and clean Maisonette. Very spacious and plenty of rooms for everyone to stay in. A decent amount of facilities provided to accommodate us. Hosts were very supportive and quick to respond with any queries we had. Nice location just down the street from the high street, so plenty of options for food/drink on your doorstep.
2 bathrooms, but both have baths so there is no showers/shower heads to use so if you have a large party can be a bit inconvenient. During our trip there wasn't any parking spaces available, so we had to pay for parking for our stay. Low ceilings/door frames so if your tall might cause a few issues. I'm aware these issues are not the fault of the landlord, but thought I'd let people know.

It's an excellent location, central to everything in Salisbury so it's easy to reach the main part of town. The facilities were great, even comes with a washing machine, as well as an oven and a hob if you need to cook. Everything was clean and the owners were really quick to respond to any questions I had. They sent all the access information ahead of time so getting in was really simple. It's a lovely little place to stay, equipped with all the necessities.
Occassionally the the WIFI was a little slow or cut out, but it was nothing really that major and you didn't notice it most of the time.
