It was quiet, with a great view, looking south, with a good balcony, no noise, good aircon.

Should have been contacted by the letting agency soon after arrival to discuss some minor matters that needed attention. I eventually contacted them after great effort finding contact details. There should be an Information Booklet in the place with the usual details, which is normally available.

The apartment was clean and offered everything needed for a holiday stay (comfort and facility). The location was in reasonable walking distance from the very attractive Mackenzie beach.

The block of flats and the neighbourhood looked like a quite low standard, however, the apartment was comfortable and refurbished in a modern standard. The communication with the host was quite strange. Few months after my booking, the host contacted me with information that the apartment is no longer in their management and they wanted me to cancel the reservation with explanation, that the cancelation from their side would take longer time and some fees. I was disappointed because few months after my initial booking, the alternative accommodation offers were much more expensive. Anyway, I wanted to be cooperative and I was to cancel the booking as requested, but just before the cancelation, I recalled that there was significant cancelation fee (about 80%). Therefore, I refused to cancel from my side. The host offred alternative accommodation, but not pet friendly, which was not suitable for me. At the end, the host confirmed that I can stay in the originally booked apartment. I dont want to speculate, but it looked like an atempt to get easy money from the cancelation fee.

We stayed for the location near the airport, with parking for the rental car.

Confusion about where to park. We eventually just picked an empty spot and hoped we would not disturb anyone.

2 separate bedrooms with comfortable beds and a very cosy living room. the neighborhood is quiet, but everything is pretty close

It was modern, light and comfterble. The hosts where extremely accommodating, even extending our stay at short notice..

Everything was near us ! The place was clean and just like we expected it.

Very disappointed with the owners !! To much attitude and to much irony from the owners . Also, there was a small misunderstanding that could be fixed easily, but the owners made a big deal out of it. As a result, we had to cancel our plans and our night was ruined.

The apartment is nice, perfect for a family. It is very quite, no noise from outside. Close to Kastella beach, which I think is the best beach in Larnaca (not crowded, wonderful beach bar, plenty of sun beds/umbrellas). The bus stop is right in front of the complex. There is a mini market very close, where you can find everything you need. There are a few restaurants close to Kastella Beach. Even on very sunny and warm days, the apartment remains cool and there is almost no need of air conditioner. The staff is very nice and helpful, they allowed us to let the luggage at their office in the last day, after check out.

An awning would be very useful on the balcony, because there is no shadow and it’s hard to sit outside. 15/20 walking distance to the city center. Not a negative fact, we chose the location specifically for being more quite and outside of the city center.

It so happened that it was not possible to check into the apartment that I booked (the fault of the host) and they offered us a better apartment. This was a big plus of hospitality in Cyprus. Thanks
