House and contents in serious need of updating. House near railroad tracks. Trains ran all night. Not much sleep. One entrance door was rotted out with broken window taped up with Making tape. Mirror in one bathroom broken. House had musty smell. In order to flush commodes needed to hold lever until they flushed. Bathrooms too small for more than two people. There were 5 of us. Several windows and sliding glass door had no window or bind coverings.
