Staff was well behaved and hospitality was very nice.

It’s on very prime location. Easily approachable by road and other convenience. Near metro for comfort to reach easily at hotel.

Not gonna come back.

Beautiful foyer. Security staff at doorstep always greeting you with smile and respect. Great view from the room. Breakfast buffet was a good spread. And the breakfast staff was very attentive of each guest and came to regularly check with the patrons if they needed anything else. Very efficient process.

Check in area needs to be redesigned. There should be a waiting area with lounges for guests while they wait for the check-in (reception) staff to be free because it feels very chaotic. This process is definitely not reflective of a 5-star hotel. I also found reception staff to be incredibly slow. The only luggage we had were two backpacks. And we insisted on taking them with us to our rooms ourselves multiple times but the reception staff didn’t let us take it and assured us that they would bring it to us themselves. But they were running on an entirely different time. I believe we had to call them 3 times before they finally got our backpacks to us. That same night, while we were asleep, the reception staff calls us to say that they had lost our passport details. My husband and I both saw they had scanned all our details at the time of check-in but still lost it and called us in the middle of the night to tell us to bring it back. The next day, after breakfast, we took our details to them again and were told by another reception staff that it wasn’t needed but at the time of checking out the next day, we were then told that they still needed it. That is thoroughly unprofessional and speaks of incoordination between different teams. I also did not appreciate how one of the staff in a sweetly forceful way tried to extort a good TripAdvisor review while we were clearly busy checking out. We kept saying we will do it later but the staff just came right next to me and sweetly forced me to do and even dictated what to put in the review. That’s cheating the whole system of review and felt forceful and I did not appreciate it one bit no matter how nice and overly sweet they were about it. I deleted the review immediately. Also, the only impressive part of the hotel are the common areas. The rooms are comfortable but the vibe feels olden like they belong to a different hotel in comparison to the rest of the hotel.

Comfortable stay, lovely ambience, great location

The hotel is very well located. Ambience is lovely, view from the room is beautiful. Place is very clean, great decor. Food was good. Staff is very friendly.

Property is good but needs improvement as briefly described above.

it was severe cold during night hours but AC system was out of order and in-spite of requests no hot blower was provided.

some of staff dealing with check in formalities are not professionally cooperative.

Unsatishfactory experience

Reception lady had no clue about anything. Gave us a very small and dirty room and very dirty bathroom. Dirty linen. However, after complaining, our room was upgraded. Not value for money at all. Most of the staff are unprofessional. In dinner we asked for Galauti kebab and biriyani. Only biriyani was sent. Overall service was not satisfactory.

Nice place to stay but the rooms needs updating and the bathrooms. The rooms let the hotel down.

Generally the good to fair. Food was good everything was ok. Good to very good staff.

The room's needs updating badly burnt-out carpet and badly stained carpet. Really Really can do with updating the rooms,otherwise nice clean places to stay.

the location was great.

For the amenities and type of rooms, I found it over priced. Although they said they upgraded me to the next higher category room, but that also did not suffice such a high price tag.
